About the application

This application is for food vendors. There are separate applications for businesses, artisans, and non-profits (including clubs). We expect this year's event to be our biggest yet, over 5,000 people throughout the day, and we are trying to increase the number of food options at the festival. We try to provide a range of different foods and when possible to ensure that we aren't duplicating offerings. We hope that you'll be able to join us. Please read through the terms and conditions and the draft instructions PDF which include important details about required licenses, power options, load-in times, and park access. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

About the event

Kitsap Pride is Kitsap County's premier LGBTQ+ Pride event. It is a free, family-friendly event. Our main stage will feature live music, DJ, and drag performances. Kitsap Pride hosts a beer garden and a Pride store for our logo merchandise. We work with partners to provide programming for teens and youth as well.

Terms & Conditions

You are applying to be a food vendor at Kitsap Pride. Once your application is completed we will review it and let you know if we have any questions or if you are approved. Once you are approved, please complete payment to secure your spot.
 
Full menu food vendor spots are 20x10 feet. Limited menu food vendor spots are 10x10 feed. Each is intended for a single business. Please let us know what food you are selling on your application. You can email us if there are any changes before the event.
 
Please review the Food Vendor Instructions PDF which is linked from this application. It includes important information about load-in times, setup, cleanup, fire safety, and more. We will provide updated instructions in early July.

Limited Menu Food Vendor (10x10) $250.00 Non-refundable This option is for food vendors who sell only a limited menu including baked goods, hot dogs, blended drinks, or coffee drinks. Food Vendor (10x20) $300.00 Non-refundable This option is for most food vendors. It comes with a 10x20 vendor space and includes an option to park a trailer or other vehicle on-site.
