MumFest is a delightful fall weekend for people of all ages, featuring live music, entertainment, amusements, arts and crafts, great food, and a spectacular beer garden--all in historic downtown New Bern along its waterfront. More than 70,000 festival-goers enjoyed Mumfest in 2023. Come join the fun!

About the registration

Welcome to the MumFest Vendor Application Process!If your booth sells Commercial Arts & Crafts OR sells both Commercial and Handmade Arts & Crafts you MUST complete and submit the Commercial Arts & Crafts Vendor Application in full, pay the application fee, and submit.

Terms & Conditions

MumFest reserves the right to approve or deny the application. You will be notified within two weeks whether or not you have been accepted. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  Please note that the cut-off for refunds is July 1, 2024.

Cancellation Insurance Fee $40 Non-refundable In the event that MumFest is canceled due to weather, hurricane, or other acts of God, this add-on benefit provides reimbursement for the cost of your booth only (based upon size). It does not cover any extras purchased or loss of sales. Rainfall is not a factor for cancellation as MumFest is a rain or shine event.

Picture requirements

  • Minimum pictures required: 3
  • Each application must include at least 3 to 5 color photos of your products, at least one photo of your booth set-up, and at least one photo of you making your items or of your work space.
