Over 1000 famous cats, fancy cats, adoptable cats, athletic cats and influencer cats return to the I-X Center. More than 15,000 cat lovers and enthusiasts will enjoy two full days of cat competitions, performances, adoptions, shopping, contests, and more! Event hours are: Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm Sunday 10:00am - 4:00 pm

Terms & Conditions

The Cat Fanciers’ Association, Inc. (CFA) shall provide space for the use of Vendor as outlined below. Vendor agrees to pay the stated total fees and to attend the show for the purpose of promoting his or her products. 
 
  • There will be no refunds or rollovers for cancellations made on or before September 10, 2024.
  • Cancellations made between August 10 - September 9, 2024 will be refunded 1/2 of the rental fee for booth space, tables, and equipment only.  Eventeny fees will not be refunded. 
  • Cancellations made prior to August 10 will be refunded the total amount of the rental fee for tables, and other equipment paid, less $100. Eventeny fees will not be refunded. 
  • Sale of animals at the vending space is prohibited.
  • Should CFA fail to hold the show as provided in this agreement, or to furnish to Vendor the space described in this agreement, it shall promptly refund to Vendor all sums paid under this agreement, and such refund shall be accepted by Vendor in full settlement of all loss or damage suffered by Vendor on account of such failure to hold the show.
  • Vendor is responsible for the safeguarding of his or her goods from the time they are placed in his or her booth until they are removed by the vendor. CFA will not be responsible for, or guarantee to vendor, the safety of exhibit material against fire, accident, theft, or any loss or injury whatsoever.
  • Vendor shall assume all risks associated with Vendor’s presence in the show hall and hereby releases CFA from any and all liability resulting therefrom. Vendor shall further indemnify and hold CFA harmless from and against any and all damages, liabilities and obligations arising from Vendor’s presence and activities in the show hall including, but not limited to, any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by CFA in connection therewith.
  • Vendor understands that by entering the premise of or participating in this event, it gives CFA and its affiliates, licensees, designees, or assignees the right to use its and its cat(s) likeness(es) derived from this event in perpetuity without additional compensation or consideration and that such likenesses may appear, at CFA’s sole discretion, in many forms of media including television, Internet, print, DVD home video, social, commercials, advertisements or other media either currently existing or developed in the future. Vendor further warrants that it can grant this right without obtaining permission from or making a payment to a third party and that it has done so willingly and without duress.
By by submitting this application, I’ve read the terms and conditions above and understand that this Agreement shall be legally binding upon CFA and the Vendor only upon acceptance of said application.  

This Agreement will executed electronically and an electronic submission shall be treated as an original.

Setup Schedule: Vendors can set up on Thursday from 1 PM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Indoor access via vehicle to your booth is available.  ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OUT BY 5 PM, no exceptions. Please be aware that there is a $50 round trip fee to drive your vehicle into your booth, payable directly to the IX-Center. Unfortunately, CFA has no control over this fee.

Parking Fee: There is a daily parking fee of $10 for both Saturday and Sunday of the show paid directly to the IX-Center. Please note, there is no parking fee on setup days.

No Wi-Fi Availability: Due to the high cost from the venue, there is no Wi-Fi available in the building. We advise vendors to use their cell phones for credit card payment processing and other online needs.

Equipment: Both 2-wheel and 4-wheel dollies are permitted. We strongly recommend driving in or bringing your own dolly as the parking entrance is quite a distance from the booths.
