Terms & Conditions

You will upload one image to be considered to participate in Art in the Park.  For your application to be considered complete the image must contain the following required items present and clearly in view in the image.
Required:
One wide angle full view OUTDOOR BOOTH DISPLAY PHOTO IMAGE.
It must show:
  1. A white tent.  The exterior of the tent fabric must be shown.  That is why it needs to be a wide angle zoomed out image.  Back up or zoom out when taking this photo. I want to see the center peak of the canopy in the image.  This is how you will prove that you have the correct style tent and the correct color WHITE canopy.
  2. Tent Weights or sand bags. These must be 40 pounds each per tent leg and must be in use and secured to the legs of your tent frame.  At least one full tent leg must be in view in the image with the appropriate required 40 pounds of weight attached to the leg and clearly in view in the image.  not negotiable per Fulton county fire marshal.
  3. Tables must be covered in fabric.  Your display tables in use must be covered with cloth and not plastic and the fabric must drape to the ground on at least three sides. 
  4. Your artwork/designs/products.  The photo must show your hand made work displayed in the image exactly how you intend to display it at Art in the Park.  Your work must be obviously hand crafted and of high quality.  I will zoom in on your artwork/products when I am viewing the uploaded image on my computer during the review process.
All that needs to be present in the one and only image you will be submitting to be considered.

I, the undersigned , hearby release and forever discharge MICHAEL HIPPS, Alpharetta Art in the Park, The City of Alpharetta and their repective officials, officers, directors, employees, sponsors, associates, representatives, successors or assigns, severally and Jointly, of and from any and all liability, claims, actions, and possible causes of actions which may acrue to any said parties from every and any loss, damage and injury that may be sustained while participating in Alpharetta Art in the Park. 2.) A signed application constitutes a contract to follow all rules and regulations. 3.) Failure to follow rules and procedures may result in forfeiture of booth fees and not allowed to participate in future events.

  • Submit only one photo of your outdoor booth display with all the same specifications detailed in the terms and conditions section of this application. If it does not have all the required items present in the photo your application will not be considered.
