the mod market is a modern popup market (including artisans, boutiques, food trucks, & all the goodies) based out of St. George, UT. it was created to help small businesses grow. a market made for the vendors & supported by the community. the best combo in our opinion.

About the registration

We are so excited to start accepting applications for the spring mod market!
 
There will be thousands of visitors during our event.  The quality of vendors is very important to us & we are so excited that you want to be a part of the best market in Southern Utah. Unfortunately, we are limited on space so we will not be able to accept every application that comes in. We will be limiting vendors that sell or make similar goods which mean first come - first serve.
 
If you have friends who you think would benefit from this market please feel free to share this application with them!
 
mod - the modern market will be on April 13th from 10am-5pm.
This is a self-checkout show. Vendors are in charge of their purchases. Vendors will come, set up and stay for the duration of the show with no early takedown. mod market will take no commission from your profits at this show. Vendors will be responsible to collect and pay all Utah state sales tax. There will be no tents, chairs, or tables provided for you.

Terms & Conditions

There is a $25 fee due at the time of application. If you are accepted to participate in the market, this fee will be used towards your booth rental.  If you are NOT accepted, this fee will be returned to you. If you are accepted and cancel at any time, this money is nonrefundable. 
 
Vendors must be Utah locals (for tax purposes). 
 
This is an electronic agreement and by the submission of this application, you are validating and approving this agreement.

Prices

Application fees $25 There is a $25 application fee due in order to be accepted as a vendor. If you are accepted to participate in the market, this fee will be used towards your booth rental. If you are NOT accepted, this will be returned to you. If you cancel at any time, this money is nonrefundable. This fee is charged with the application.
10x10 Booth $125 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Total price is $150 but $25 application fee goes towards the total fee.
10x20 Booth $275 Non-refundable Double booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Total price is $300 but $25 application fee goes towards the total fee.
Food Truck $275 Non-refundable Food truck space. No power will be provided by mod market. Total price is $300 but $25 application fee goes towards the total fee.
