A coastal favorite, the Jekyll Island Shrimp & Grits Festival combines the classic southern dish with family-friendly entertainment, artists market, live music, food, and more. About the application

This Georgia Grown application in only for Georgia Grown Members that are  Arts & Crafts & Handmade provisions vendors.
 
NEW Expanded Georgia Grown Alley provides more vendor spaces this year!
 
All Georgia Grown Food Trucks must apply with the Festival's Georgia Grown Food Court application.
 
*Food Trucks will be located in the NEW  "Expanded Georgia Grown Alley" of the festival. 
 
*Cooking is NOT allowed on the original path of Georgia Grown Alley to include crockpots, grills, steamers or air fryers. 
 
You must be an active member of Georgia Grown to use this application. 
 
Georgia Grown will authenticate all membership numbers before the Festival's selection committee will review applications.

The Jekyll Island Shrimp & Grits Festival is a coastal favorite and a nationally award-winning event that combines the classic southern dish with family-friendly entertainment, art and craft vendors, live music, food, and more. Now in its seventeenth year, with more than 45,000 guests, the festival is held in Jekyll Island’s National Historic Landmark District.
 
Georgia Grown Vendor Requirements:

Non-refundable application fee: $40.00
All vendors are required to use only branded or white tents..
Applicant must submit five (5) images:
  • Three (3) artwork/product that will be sold at festival 
  • One (1) of the artist/business creating their art/product
  • One (1) authentic outside image of the entire front of the booth that will be on display at the festival
No inside shots of the merch or the booth at an inside show will NOT be excepted. 
The booth image must reflect what the booth will look like at the Festival.
Most of the time a booth image is the final deciding factor for acceptance.
An application will be rejected if all requirements are not followed.

Terms & Conditions

Vendors must review the entire application and agree to abide by the attached Requirements and Regulations and certify all work for sale is made by the vendor. Download and read the Requirements & Regulations to be able to fill out the application questions. 
 
Furthermore, by signing below you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Jekyll Island Authority from any claims whatsoever arising from your participation as a vendor and any theft, loss, or damage to the person or property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of Jekyll Island Authority during the Shrimp & Grits Festival.
 
No refunds or credits will be issued for vendor cancellation, inclement weather cancellation, or an act of God.

Non-refundable Application Fee $40 Non-refundable
Additional Festival vendor parking hangtag $25 Non-refundable One (1) Festival vendor parking hangtag will be distributed at load-in. This does not provide free entry to Jekyll Island State Park. Extra hangtags can be purchased at the time of applying for the festival for $25 each. However, they cannot be purchased at load-in time and must be purchased in advance. This hangtags gives you entrance to onsite vendor parking at the festival.
10'x11' Single Booth Space (See attached pricing for Georgia Grown Alley) $180 Non-refundable All work & product must be contained within your booth space. The vendor’s display, including tent, canopy, or viewing bins, cannot extend over or into walkways and must be contained within vendor’s assigned space. If additional shelter, shade, or storage is set up in front or behind assigned booth the vendor will be charged an additional $400 per day/per additional space. If you need a larger space, purchase it when applying for the festival and save money.
