About the application

Calling all community groups and non-profits! Penn Fest is your opportunity to promote your mission, attract new supporters or simply get the word out about your organization or cause. With thousands of people attending, it's your chance to meet neighbors who'd like to know about your organization. You can't beat the price, Community groups and non-profits may reserve a space at Penn Fest absolutely FREE!  One bit of advice. We'd like you to plan an activity to help engage the public. We require this for your benefit. Experience shows exhibitors who just sit by a table with a pile of brochures get little attention. Plan some type of activity that will help engage the public and drawn people to your booth. It doesn't have to be an elaborate activity, but creativity is encouraged.

Application is for a single booth that is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Please inquire with us if you need additional space.
