Welcome to Lago Fest Artist Application! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. The festival is located in Bar K Park on the shoreline of Lake Travis in Lago Vista, TX, 20 minutes west of Cedar Park. LAGO FEST is known for its beautiful park setting, spacious booth layouts, helpful staff, and easy load in/out at booths. The festival is free, for all ages, and features the artist market, curated food trucks, family entertainment & games, and a lineup of award-winning bands. LAGO FEST ARTS & CRAFTS is for artists/makers who both design and handcraft their own works of art. Also accepted are Mass produced products, artwork made from kits, or other products purchased elsewhere and sold through you. IMPORTANT: ARTISTS MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE ARTIST EVENT INFORMATION BEFORE APPLYING: We strive to attract artists with high quality, unique products in a wide variety of mediums and in a variety of price ranges including those that entice impulse buys. Read the artist event information carefully! Make sure you have a booth shot that is representative of what you will have at the show. Displays at the show must also be presented in the most professional manner possible.

The area around Bar K Park includes new developments and established communities. The population of Lago Vista has grown substantially in recent years, and median income in the area exceeds the national and regional average according to date from the United States Census Bureau.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application, the artist warrants acceptance of these terms and conditions, and willingness to abide by the policies. The artist will be solely responsible for any injuries to any person and all damages to or loss of property which results or arises out of artist’s use of the facilities or grounds and agrees to hold harmless the City of Lago Vista, and Lago Vista Property Owners Association (hereinafter “Lago Fest"). This includes any costs, liability or expenses arising out of claims of any person or entity due to the use or misuse of the facilities by the vendor. Lago Fest is not liable for loss or damage to the artist’s property. No refunds will be given in the case of inclement weather. 
PLEASE review all instructions and in the ARTIST EVENT INFORMATION. By submitting a LAGO FEST ARTS artist application, you are confirming that you have read and agree to all terms, conditions, rules, and regulations as outlined in the Lago Fest artist event information. Applications that are incomplete or do not adhere to artwork and booth display rules and regulations will not be accepted. Deadline to apply is March 15, 2024. Notifications of acceptance status will be sent out no later than April 01, 2024.This is an electronic agreement and by submitting the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
