About the application

As a Heartland Pride Festival Vendor, you will have a designated area to showcase your organization that comes with one table, two chairs, and four vendor passes (additional passes can be purchased through the box office).  
  • The event runs from noon until midnight. Booths must be available to patrons from 12:30 until 5 pm.
  • No organization is allowed to serve, sell, or give away pop or water. No food items can be sold.
  • No vendor can give out stickers or helium balloons (this is a requirement of the venue).
  • Set up will be available the evening before the event or at 11:30 am the day of the event. More details to come.
  • Electricity will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number of booths available for electrical service.

NOTICE: Due to potential state and local health restrictions, booth placement, face coverings, and capacity limitations are subject to change. 

Prices

10x10 Booth: For Profit $550.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Includes a table and 2 chairs.
10 x 20 Booth Upgrade $250.00 Non-refundable Double your booth size. Does NOT include additional chairs or table.
Electrical Outlet $160.00 Non-refundable
10 by 10 Booth: Non-profit SOLD OUT Non-refundable New for 2024: All non-profit entries now include Youth Pride registration. A single 10 by 10 booth with a table and 2 chairs.
Local Artisan Table $65.00 Non-refundable To support and promote local artists and craftspeople we are offering a special discounted vendor opportunity! Each vendor will have a designated area with one table and 2 vendor passes. Additional passes can be purchased through the box office. At least 60% of the items you are selling must be made by hand in order to qualify for this vendor opportunity. Up to 3 spaces/tables can be purchased.
Youth Pride Upgrade: For-Profit $175.00 Non-refundable This upgrade allows for your company to participate in Friday night’s Youth Pride event. Approximately 3,000 young people and their parents and guardians attend each year. More info here: https://heartlandpride.org/event/youth-pride-2024/
