• Saturday, September 7, 2024 2:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. at Community Park, Superior, CO
• Chili Fest general entry is FREE. Event attendance is estimated at 5000+
• Proceeds from Beer Fest Sampling tickets support the Boulder Valley Rotary Club in benefit of local, national, and international nonprofits
• Attendees get to sample free chili & vote for their favorites
• ~20+ local breweries (cideries, wineries, etc.) participating in the festival 
• Live music by Face Vocal Band and 5280s Band, yard games, kids entertainment, and more!

What we’re offering you:

• $300 stipend toward your time and supplies
• Vendor booth space to serve free samples of chili & the option to sell a limited menu
• We provide chili taster cups and spoons for attendees and can provide a 10x10 tent, 6’ table and chairs if needed
• Entry into the People’s Choice Chili Competition: 
  • 1st place $100 & Plaque, 2nd Place $75, 3rd Place $50
• Your logo on our Chili & Beer Fest marketing (virtual and print) reaching local and regional audiences
• On stage Shout Out & Thank You announcement for your participation
•  A great way to connect with the community—people LOVE chili (and beer)! 

What you’d bring to the table: 

•  ~30 gallons of Red, Verde or Homestyle Chili (or the like-we’re flexible!) to give out as samples.
• Vendors selling items should register for a Town of Superior Mobile Vending Permit. The cost is $1.

Please note there will be no community cook-off this year. We ask that all participating chili vendors who sign up have the proper liscencing and tools to make their chili. 

 

Join us for a super spicy, fun-filled day! Come taste some of the best chili recipes around and sample a variety of craft beers, ciders, wine and spirits. This event promises a family-friendly atmosphere with live music by FACE Vocal Band and 5280s Band, kids and adult games and activities and a variety of local vendors. The Rotary Club of Boulder Valley will once again host the Beer Fest and Proceeds from the beer event will go to support local nonprofit projects and programs. Whether you're a chili connoisseur or a beer enthusiast, there's something for everyone at this fest. Don't miss out on the ultimate chili and beer experience! Chili Fest/General Event Admission is FREE.
