A decision on your application will be sent no later than Friday, June 28, 2024.

Terms & Conditions

This is not a food truck application.
 
There is no fee for vendors to participate but must abide by all city vendor requirements in a timely manner.
 
Vendors agree to be in place by 1:45 PM and ready to operate by 2:30 PM unless otherwise agreed up by event staff. 
 
Event hours are 3 PM until 8 PM. All vendors will be in place until the event ends and will be allowed to leave once it is safe for pedestrians. 
 
Further set up and assigned spaces will be provided closer to the event day.
