Join the City of Elk Grove and the Diversity and Inclusion Commission as you learn about other cultures through music, art, food, entertainment and much more at the 13th annual Elk Grove Multicultural Festival, Presented By Kaiser Permanente. Enjoy two stages of musical and dance entertainment, local artistry on display, cultural displays and booths, a kids craft area and much more. Free admission and parking. Celebrate our diversity and travel the world without leaving Elk Grove!

About the application

Thank you for your interest in being apart of the International Food Court at the 13th Annual Elk Grove Multicultural Festival located at District56 on Saturday, September 14th from 10am to 5pm. Your application will be reviewed by City Staff and acceptance/denied emails will be sent out by May 31, 2024. If approved you will need to provide the following insurance:
 
  • Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Elk Grove as the certificate holder
  • Separate Additional Endorsement Page (Must be a separate page listing the following as additional Insured: “The City of Elk Grove, its officials, employees, agents and volunteers”)

Prices

Low-Risk 10' x 10' Tent Food Vendor $185 Non-refundable Price is for one 10' x 10' space if you require more than that please up the quanity.
High-Risk 10' x 10' Tent Food Vendor $290 Non-refundable Price is for one 10' x 10' space if you require more than that please up the quanity.
MEV Tented 10' x 10' Food Vendor $122 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Please ensure to select correct number of quantity for your booth space. Example: 10' x 20' would be quantity of 2 single booth spaces
MEV Food Truck up to 10' x 30' $244 Non-refundable If your food truck is over 30' please ensure to add on additional footage. Note that you do not automatically receive 30' of space please ensure to submit your footprint requirements based on your truck/trailer size.
Additional Food Truck Space 10' increments $25 Non-refundable This fee is for an additional 10' of space on food trucks.
