About the application

Welcome to the event application!
 
Application Process:
- Vendors will be approved or denied within 2 weeks of application.
- If your application is not approved, your fee, minus application fee, will be returned. 
 
Rules/Things to Know:
- MLM's and networking marketing can apply. Only 1 MLM Company will be approved for event. MLM are companies like (Avon, Paparazzi, Mary Kay, etc.)
- Food + Drink Vendors must be licensed and insured(No Exceptions)
- Vendors will be fined $50 for leaving early.
- There is a $75 Date Change Fee for switching dates.
- Vendors cannot share booths with other Vendors
- Email support@shopblackfest.com for any inquiries
 
SETUP Instructions:
- Set up will be from 3 hours before start time for all events.
(All Vendors must be setup before 30 minutes to start time).
- NO VENDORS CAN SET UP OR LEAVE EARLY. IF YOU LEAVE EARLY YOU WILL PROHIBITED FROM VENDING AT FUTURE FESTIVALS.
- Vendor + Food Truck spaces will be pre-assigned/chosen before Event.
- If you are not set-up by 30 minutes to stat time, you will forfeit your vendor booth and not be allowed to set-up.

Outdoor Events:
- Tent and Booth Set up
- Table and chairs
- Any equipment for set up
- Bring water!
 
FAQs
- What if there is rain? All events are rain or shine, events will be rescheduled in evet of inclement weather
- Can I have a refund if I miss an event? Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
- Can I leave the event before it ends? Vendors are expected to stay at Shop Black Fest until the stated end time.

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. If application is approved $25 goes towards Vendor Booth Fee.
Basic Vendor or Food Truck Booth $110 Non-refundable What's Included: -10x10 Vendor booth space/Food Truck Space Extras: Access to the Facebook group with over 8000 members for free business promotion
Standard Vendor or Food Truck Booth $160 Non-refundable What's Included: -10x10 Vendor booth space -Priority vendor booth area Extras: Access to the Facebook group with over 8000 members for free business promotion
Premium Vendor or Food Truck Booth $335 Non-refundable What's Included: -10x10 Vendor booth space for festival day with premium placement -Premium vendor booth area -Feature on the main stage (demonstration, sales promotion, raffle, or contest giveaway) Extras: -Access to the Facebook group community of over 8000 people for free business promotion -Social Media Exposure Package: - Receive a minimum of 5 dedicated shout-outs across our social media platforms leading up to the event. These shout-outs will showcase your brand, products, and promotions to our engaged audience, maximizing your pre-event visibility. Dedicated Email Blast Feature: - Stand out with a personalized email blast sent to our entire subscriber base of engaged attendees. This exclusive email will highlight your brand, products, and any special promotions you want to showcase. Imagine the impact of being directly in the inbox of thousands of potential customers.
Booth Size Upgrade (20 x 10 ft) $60 Non-refundable Choose this option if you would like to increase your booth size to 2 booths.
Extended Food Truck Fee (Truck is Longer than 20 ft) $60 Non-refundable Purchase this if your truck or truck and trailer is longer than 20 ft.
