2024 Season Vendor - Arts, Crafts, & all other Retail (non-food)

Did someone say White Mountains Market?  I am so excited about our summer market in the Town of Pinetop-Lakeside, here in the beautiful Arizona White Mountains.  This small mountain town has just a few shopping options for the heavily populated summer season, so this market is an extremely busy and a fun attraction for the multitude of local residents, summer residents and vacationers that flock to our region for its beauty and to beat the summer heat of the Tucson/Phoenix desert valleys. White Mountains MarketLocation: Southside parking lot of the WME Village 8 theater complex at 1501 W White Mountain Blvd, Lakeside, AZ 85929 Dates: Every Saturday 9 am to 2 pm from Memorial Day Saturday through the Saturday after Labor Day (5/25 – 9/7/2023) 

We are so excited about this Saturday market that focuses on micro-businesses offering the highest quality farm, garden & a plethora of 5 star prepared foods as well as amazing arts & craft vendors in our region. No refunds – Show goes on, rain or shine. Vendor’s may be restricted to limit duplication.  All display’s and equipment must be contained within the space reserved.  No electrical or utility services will be provided* Generators and open flame devices subject to Town of Pinetop-Lakeside, Navajo County, & the local Fire Department regulations and/or ordinances. Construction generators not allowed due to high noise. Generator noise rating to be less than 75 decibels. Booth setup can be after 6 am and teardown starts at 2 pm. Liability Release: The applicant does herby release the White Mountains Market, North Star Business Center, WME Theaters, members, agents, volunteers, and anyone else connected with the event from known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by anyone participating in this event or by any spectator. The applicant is fully responsible for his/her vehicle, booth space and surrounding area. Entries are not transferable, and may not be sold or given to another individual.  Please note that once your application is submitted, it will go through an approval process and once approved, your credit card will be processed for the full amount plus applicable taxes and fees.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so do not submit your application until you are ready to be approved and pay.
