Vendor Application: Artist

Be an ARTIST vendor at our stop in Ft. Lauderdale at the beautiful Broward County Convention Center!  THIS SHOW IS NOW 2 DAYS!
 
Our space features: Carpeted floors, 8ft tables, and easy access from the parking garage.  Loading and unloading can be done via loading dock, or if you park in the parking garage you can unload there, walk threw the covered tunnel, and go directly to the space.  This means even if it rains, both customers and vendors are protected from the Florida summer rains.
 
Each space comes with 4/5ft behind you depending your space for shelving, etc.

Load-in / Setup: 
Friday July 19th - 2-9pm 
Saturday July 20th: Vendor load-in starts at 6:30am
Sunday: Vendor load-in starts at 7:30am
Show Hours Saturday:  VIP Guests: 9am - General Public: 10am - Close: 5pm
Show Hours Sunday:  General Public: 9am - Close: 4pm
 
Tear-down / Pack-up: 
You can begin pack-up / tear down 30 min prior to closing if you choose to do so.  We sell tickets at the door until 3:30pm for this event. If you choose to tear down earlier then 3:30pm you will not be considered for a future Florida Toy Shows event.

Cancellations & Refunds:  You can cancel and get a refund more then 14 days out from the show.  Within 14 days no refunds are given. (Some special circumstances do apply where we give discounts or credits so please ask prior to cancelling if this comes up)

 

You need to arrive 30 min prior to the opening of the show otherwise your table may be forfeited as a cancellation.
