Celebrity Guests: TBD Cost & Show Times: Ticket Pricing will be: $10-$15 - VIP: TBD Kids under 12 get FREE Hot Wheels Parking: TBS (Depends on other events at venue) Toys: Lots of different toy lines covered from vintage to modern. Star Wars, Hot Toys, GiJoe, Marvel & DC Characters, Lego, Hot Wheels, Funko, Godzilla, Transformers, Ghostbusters, and more. "Girls toys" like: Barbie, Strawberry Shortcake, Care Bears, American Girl Dolls, etc. Retro Gaming: You can expect to see vendors with vintage and modern Atari, Nintendo, Sony Playstation, Sega Genesis and more. We have a great mix of vendors bringing retro games Comics: We will have several comic vendors with graded and raw books to check out. Artists: We will have select artists at the event we feel fit our show

About the application

Be a vendor at our stop in Ft. Lauderdale at the beautiful Broward County Convention Center!  THIS SHOW IS NOW 2 DAYS!
 
Our space features: Carpeted floors, 8ft tables, and easy access from the parking garage.  Loading and unloading can be done via loading dock, or if you park in the parking garage you can unload there, walk threw the covered tunnel, and go directly to the space.  This means even if it rains, both customers and vendors are protected from the Florida summer rains.
 
Each space comes with 4/5ft behind you depending your space for shelving, etc.

Load-in / Setup: 
Friday July 19th - 2-9pm 
Saturday July 20th: Vendor load-in starts at 6:30am
Sunday: Vendor load-in starts at 7:30am
Show Hours Saturday:  VIP Guests: 9am - General Public: 10am - Close: 5pm
Show Hours Sunday:  General Public: 9am - Close: 4pm
 
Tear-down / Pack-up: 
You can begin pack-up / tear down 30 min prior to closing if you choose to do so.  We sell tickets at the door until 3:30pm for this event. If you choose to tear down earlier then 3:30pm you will not be considered for a future Florida Toy Shows event.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds:  You can cancel and get a refund more then 14 days out from the show.  Within 14 days no refunds are given. (Some special circumstances do apply where we give discounts or credits so please ask prior to cancelling if this comes up)
 
You need to arrive 30 min prior to the opening of the show otherwise your table may be forfeited as a cancellation.

Prices

Prime End Cap Aisle Booth - 12x10 $675 Non-refundable Prime space: This is a set of 3 table spaces that is on an end AT THE FRONT of the show. So you have table space on 2 aisles and in front. This allows you to make a 12x10 U shaped booth.
Non-Prime: 12x10 End Cap Booth $625 Non-refundable Non-Prime space: This is a set of 3 table spaces that is on an end AT THE MIDDLE of show. So you have table space on 2 aisles and in front. This allows you to make a 12x10 U shaped booth.
Single Aisle Table $270 Non-refundable This is an aisle basic table. You will most likely have another vendor behind you on the other side of the aisle.
Corner Table (End of Aisle) $285 Non-refundable This is a table on end of an aisle.
Wall Table (8ft w/ 2 chairs) $290 Non-refundable This is a table space with a wall behind you. No other vendors will be directly behind you.
