About the application

Thank you for your interest in the inaugural NC Cycling Festival to be held in historic downtown Mocksville, NC the weekend of April 19 - 21, 2024!! We are excited about this new event that we are expecting to bring 3,000 attendees to the area, so please come prepared with plenty of inventory. We are accepting applications from arts and crafts vendors until March 31, 2024, and there are a limited number of spaces available so don't delay.  A booth space will accommodate a 10 x 10 tent. If you require more space, please sign up for additional spaces as needed. You will need to provide your own tent(s), tables and chairs for the event. If you require electrical (first come, first served), indicate that in the application and there is an extra charge.  Please visit the event website https://nccyclingfestival.com/ to learn more about the plans for the weekend. About the event

A weekend of all things cycling in beautiful historic downtown Mocksville, NC. Located just 22 miles southwest of Winston-Salem, we will host a weekend that includes a classic bike show, gran fondos, children's bike activities, and a new extreme cycling event VeloQuest. Also the weekend will include free live music, vendors, food trucks, as well as the great pubs and restaurants in the quaint downtown area. You don't want to miss this!!

Terms & Conditions

Vendors may begin setting up booths at 7 am on Saturday, 4/20/2024. A volunteer will be on site to indicate booth locations for each vendor. All booths must be show ready with vehicles moved by 9 am and remain setup until 6 pm. No exceptions.  The NC Cycling Festival is a rain or shine event with no rain date. There will be no refunds of fees unless the event is cancelled, which would only occur if there are extreme weather conditions. If you choose to setup on Sunday, 4/21/2024, you may do so at no extra charge. The event time for Sunday is 9 am to 2 pm. You will need to let the Vendor volunteer know on Saturday afternoon if you choose to return on Sunday. Your booth space will most likely be in a different location on Sunday to consolidate the vendor area.
