FRIED French Fry & Music Festival is taking place on Saturday April 20, 2024 at Hance Park in Phoenix, AZ.

Welcome to FRIED! Please read through the application information and let us know if you have any questions prior to submitting.This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this form, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
​The theme of the festival is French fries and all varieties of fries and fry dishes are welcomed. Vendors may also offer a variety of other foods.
 
If you do not have French fries on your menu at all and still wish to participate, please contact dave@phxfest.com for pre approval.
 
We do not require sampling but strongly suggest offering at least one small portion / french fry dish priced between $6-$8.  
 
Beverage sales are restricted. If you would like to sell water/soda, it must be purchased from the festival directly and sold for prices determined by the festival. Any other beverages you wish to serve must be pre-approved by festival organizers.
 
You must have your Maricopa County health permit number to complete this form. If you do not have a catering/mobile food vendor permit, you must apply and pay for a temporary event permit 30 days prior to the festival.

Food trucks / food trailers must be compliant with current City of Phoenix fire code requirements. Please contact the City of Phoenix fire department directly for further information: 602-262-6771. 
 
We require an insurance certificate with a minimum 1 million liability insurance and the following listed as additional insured:

Terms & Conditions

VENDOR ACCEPTANCE
Vendor Applications, non‐refundable registration fee, and all supporting documentation must be submitted by March 15th. PHX Fest is not responsible for applications that do not include the necessary documentation.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Due to the limited space, vendor selection will be based on products/services, completion of paperwork, and payment.
PHX Fest staff reserves the right to limit the number of vendors in all categories. Application fees will be refunded to any vendor not approved.
Vendors may not share a booth with another business, unless pre-approved.
All vendors collecting payment for products or services at the event must hold a current Tax Privilege License.
All vendors are required to have appropriate equipment, licensing and permits as required to operate in Maricopa County, City of Phoenix, and the State of Arizona.

BOOTH REQUIREMENTS
Exclusivity is not guaranteed to any vendor.
Space is not reserved until application is processed and payment is received.
Locations for each vendor are strategically assigned by festival staff. Vendor locations are non-negotiable.
Vendors are responsible for setup and teardown of all signage, tents, tables, equipment and trash.
You may use only your assigned space.
Vehicles are NOT allowed to drive into the event site for load-in/out. You must come prepared with appropriate staff and dolly/handcart to bring your items into the park.
All vendors will receive a confirmation letter regarding load‐in/out times.
In an eff­ort to protect your space and maintain cleanliness of the event, any vendor not staffing their booth for the duration of the event or leaving items/trash behind will be subject to a fee up to $300.

MARKET VENDOR PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Acceptable products & services for Market Vendors include:
         -  Non-perishable, commercially packaged food items
         -  Artwork, Crafts, Jewelry, Clothing, Kitchen Utensils, Decor, Toys, Pet Products
         -  Professional Services
Prohibited products & services include:
         - Unpackaged / perishable foods of any kind
         - Beverages of any kind
         - Weapons of any kind
         - Illegal items or services of any kind
The festival does not offer category exclusivity to market vendors. If you require category exclusivity to participate, please inquire for sponsorship information.
 
GENERAL
PHX Fest participants and their employees are expected to serve as a positive representation of the festival and at no time should engage in any illegal activities. Any vendor found in violation of these rules can be fined and immediately removed from the festival.
 

PHX Fest employees, related festival providers and participating sponsors will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the vendor, its employees or property prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the vending contract. The vendor signing this contract expressly releases all of the aforementioned from any and all claims from such loss, damage or injury.
 

PHX Fest is grateful for the support of our sponsors. All vendors are expected to work with our sponsors and follow contract specifications when applicable. This event will be photographed and/or videotaped. By participation in this event, you hereby consent to the use of your likeness or image in those photographs or video for future promotional consideration by PHX Fest.

Prices

FOOD VENDOR SPACE $400 Non-refundable Includes one food vendor space up to 30ft in length and 20ft in depth. Festival fee is a flat fee for participation. Vendors operate their own POS and keep 100% of profits from sales at the festival.
Electrical Outlet SOLD OUT Non-refundable This is for access to power your vehicle/equipment and onsite power support, should you need it.
