Jazz Matters Inc., will not be responsible in any way for any loss, damage, or injury of any charter, property, article, or person while same is on the grounds or at any other time or place, nor be liable or make any payment for damage loss or injury.

 

VENUE - The concerts will be held at The Wren’s Nest, 1050 Ralph D. Abernathy Blvd., Atlanta, GA, 30310 in Atlanta's Historic West End.  The concerts will feature performances by Atlanta's resident and national performing artists, highlighting the diversity and cultural roots of Jazz music. This is an outdoor, rain or shine event.

Terms & Conditions

 

VENDOR SPACES AND PRICE - The vendor fee is $100.00 for each date. All spaces are 10’x10’. Vendors must provide their own tents, lighting, tables, chairs, display shelves, table cover/linens, and protection from inclement weather. 

The event site does not have optimal lighting at dusk, please bring lights for your tent.

 

CONCERT DATES - Friday, June 28, 2024 and Friday, Friday, July 26, 2024 starting at 7:30 p.m. and ending at 11:00 p.m.,

 

PAYMENTS - All payments are due two (2) weeks before concert date and are non-refundable.  No personal checks will be accepted.

 

CANCELLATION - Vendor payments are non- refundable. Should Jazz Matters Inc. find it necessary to cancel, Jazz Matters Inc. agrees to refund all money paid by the vendor within 30 days of such cancellation.

 

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS - Jazz Matters Inc., will assign spaces for vendors on a first come, first serve basis using the date the contract and payment is received. Vendor fees must be paid in full in order to secure your space. Special requests will be considered, but not guaranteed.

 

VENDOR SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN - Vendors may set up their booth on the day of event from 4:00pm to 6:00 p.m. Vendors must have their booths ready not later than 6:00 p.m., and must not dismantle the booth until 10:00 p.m. of the same day. Vendors should be prepared to fully stock the booths for the entire day.

 

No vehicles may be brought into the concert area at any time the event is open to the public or if it interferes with other occupied spaces. After load-in, parking is available at West Hunter Street Baptist Church for $10.  Vendors are required to clean up and take all debris from their booth space(s) when they leave.

 

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE -  Each vendor will be solely responsible for any consequential or other loss, injury, or damage done to or occasioned by or arising from any articles exhibited or for sale by him, and shall hold harmless to Jazz Matters Inc., and its affiliates. Jazz Matters Inc., and its affiliates will take responsible precautions to insure the safety of sponsors property of every description entered for display or any other purpose while anywhere on the grounds that shall be subject to the control of Jazz Matters Inc., but the sponsors themselves must take the risk of exhibiting.  In no case shall Jazz Matters Inc. assume liability.

 

FOOD VENDORS - Food Vendors must supply Jazz Matters Inc., with a copy of their Business  License and Proof of Insurance.

10x10 Booth $100.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
