Terms & Conditions
Food vendors wishing to participate in the Event must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Hold all necessary permits and licenses to operate as a food vendor in accordance with local and state regulations.
Comply with all health and safety standards set by the local health department.
Provide proof of liability insurance coverage.
MUST PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY POWER NEEDS FOR BOOTH.
Food vendors interested in participating in the Event must complete the official application form provided by the Event Organizer. The Event Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject applications at their discretion.
Food vendors must provide a detailed menu, including all food items and prices, for review and approval by the Event Organizer.
Food pricing must be reasonable and competitive with local market rates.
Food vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their booths in a clean and sanitary condition.
Booth setup and operation must comply with all local health and safety regulations.
All equipment, including cooking appliances, must be in good working order and safe to use.
Food vendors must adhere to strict food safety and hygiene practices, including handwashing, food storage, and temperature control.
All food must be prepared, handled, and served following health department guidelines.
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits required to operate at the Event. Proof of valid permits must be provided to the Event Organizer upon request.
Food vendors are responsible for all financial transactions and reporting any applicable sales taxes.
Food vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in ShopFest Utah 2024 through their own marketing channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters. The Event Organizer may also promote participating food vendors through Event marketing materials.
In the event that a food vendor needs to cancel their participation, refunds are as follows:
Cancellation 60+ days before the event (before July 9, 2024): Full Refund
Cancellation 30-60 days before the event (before August 8, 2024): 50% Refund
Cancellation within 30 days of the event (after August 8, 2024): NO REFUND
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and food vendors will be notified of any changes.
The Event Organizer reserves the right to terminate the participation of any food vendor that fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to the Event.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
By participating in ShopFest Utah 2024, food vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made 60 or more days before the event (prior to July 9, 2024): I understand that in the event of cancellation during this period, I am eligible for a Full Refund. Cancellation made between 30 and 60 days before the event (between July 10, 2024, and August 8, 2024): I understand that in the event of cancellation during this period, I am eligible for a 50% Refund. Cancellation made within 30 days of the event (after August 8, 2024): I acknowledge that if I cancel my participation within this period, I will NOT be eligible for any refund.
- Equipment and Weight Requirement: I understand and agree that I must have a minimum of 25 lbs of weight per leg on my canopy to ensure stability during the event. Failure to comply will result in a $25 charge on the day of the event to rent weights. I acknowledge that I am purchasing a booth space only and must provide all necessary equipment and supplies for the day, including but not limited to a canopy, chairs, tables, and any other required supplies.
- Acknowledgement of Membership Discount Terms: I understand that if I am a current member of the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce, I am entitled to a $50 discount on my first booth for the ShopFest Utah event. To maintain eligibility for this discount, I must have an active membership with the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce on the day of the ShopFest Utah event, which is September 7, 2024. If my membership with the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce expires before the ShopFest Utah event, and I do not renew it, I acknowledge that I will be charged the full amount, without the discount, on the morning of ShopFest Utah.
