At its core, ShopFest Utah is a small business street fair, bringing together over 250 small businesses for a one-day ultimate shopping event that attracts several thousand visitors every year. Business owners from over 35 cities around the state converge to create an enormous market with an incredible diversity of products and services.

Terms & Conditions

ShopFest Utah 2024 (the "Event") is organized by Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce and will take place on September 7, 2024 at Cory Wride Memorial Park, in Eagle Mountain, Utah. The Event is designed to promote local businesses and non-profit organizations in the community.
 
Non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the Event must meet the following eligibility criteria:
  • Be a registered non-profit organization in compliance with all applicable local and state laws.
  • Provide proof of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status or equivalent documentation.
  • Align with the mission and values of ShopFest Utah 2024.
Non-profit organizations interested in participating in the Event must complete the official application form provided by the Event Organizer. The Event Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject applications at their discretion.
 
Booth assignments will be determined by the Event Organizer and will be communicated to non-profit organizations in advance of the Event. Booth location is subject to change at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
 
Non-profit organizations may be required to pay a participation fee as determined by the Event Organizer. The participation fee will be used to cover event-related expenses and is non-refundable. Free booths are available, but nothing may be sold from these booths, although donations may be accepted.
 
In the event that a nonprofit vendor needs to cancel their participation, refunds are as follows:
Cancellation 60+ days before the event (before July 9, 2024): Full Refund
Cancellation 30-60 days before the event (before August 8, 2024): 50% Refund
Cancellation within 30 days of the event (after August 8, 2024): NO REFUND
 
  • Non-profit organizations are responsible for setting up their booths and ensuring they are staffed throughout the Event's operating hours.
  • Booths must be decorated and maintained in a professional and attractive manner.
  • All booth materials, signage, and promotional items must comply with local regulations and event guidelines.
Non-profit organizations may engage in sales and fundraising activities during the Event, subject to any applicable local and state laws and regulations. Non-profits are responsible for all financial transactions, including any necessary permits or licenses.
 
Non-profit organizations are encouraged to promote their participation in ShopFest Utah 2024 through their own marketing channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters. The Event Organizer may also promote participating non-profits through Event marketing materials.
 
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, and non-profit organizations will be notified of any changes.
 
The Event Organizer reserves the right to terminate the participation of any non-profit organization that fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to the Event.
 
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
By participating in ShopFest Utah 2024, non-profit organizations agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Booth prices $0
10x10 Booth $100 Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Electrical Outlet $20 Non-refundable MUST BRING PERSONAL EXTENSION CORD. We will have them to rent if needed for $25 + fees.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made 60 or more days before the event (prior to July 9, 2024): I understand that in the event of cancellation during this period, I am eligible for a Full Refund. Cancellation made between 30 and 60 days before the event (between July 10, 2024, and August 8, 2024): I understand that in the event of cancellation during this period, I am eligible for a 50% Refund. Cancellation made within 30 days of the event (after August 8, 2024): I acknowledge that if I cancel my participation within this period, I will NOT be eligible for any refund.
  • Equipment and Weight Requirement: I understand and agree that I must have a minimum of 25 lbs of weight per leg on my canopy to ensure stability during the event. Failure to comply will result in a $25 charge on the day of the event to rent weights. I acknowledge that I am purchasing a booth space only and must provide all necessary equipment and supplies for the day, including but not limited to a canopy, chairs, tables, and any other required supplies.
  • Acknowledgement of Membership Discount Terms: I understand that if I am a current member of the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce, I am entitled to a $50 discount on my first booth for the ShopFest Utah event. To maintain eligibility for this discount, I must have an active membership with the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce on the day of the ShopFest Utah event, which is September 7, 2024. If my membership with the Eagle Mountain Chamber of Commerce expires before the ShopFest Utah event, and I do not renew it, I acknowledge that I will be charged the full amount, without the discount, on the morning of ShopFest Utah.
