About the registration

Join us for the celebration and learning of diverse heritages. Each month we choose one restaurant from one of the ten regions of the world and curate an immersive experience for guests to learn more about the rich cultural heritage through food.  We step off the beaten path from big food chains and look for those special community spots that represents the community from their heritage. By introducing new and exciting experiences with the public we open doors of opportunity for economic growth, cultural collaboration and a place for people of diverse backgrounds to break bread and share conversations in a safe, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We are always looking for that unique taste or something special that may not be on the menu but is something that the general public may not have experienced elsewhere.  We love to give our guests an amazing experience through entertainment and cultural speakers help to build the ambiance and set the tone for learning, sharing and celebrating making it an affair to remember!

Terms & Conditions

  • At least one month in advance you agree to schedule a dedicated time and a meal for us to film a commercial showcasing the set menu you will serve the night of the event.
  • We will provide free advertisement to an audience of 20,000+ email subscribers and social media followers.
  • All items listed in the MENU SELECTION are included in the total amount of $35, per person, including tax and gratuity.
  • The restaurant will receive $ 35 per guest including tax and tip on the day of the dining experience. 
  • The restaurant will provide one free meal for every 20 tickets sold.
  • Guests may order additional drinks on their own tab.
  • The restaurant chooses to be paid by Check, Credit Card, or ACH.
  • The restaurant agrees to book a time and date to film and on-location commercial to promote the event.
  • The day of the filming, the restaurant's Chef will serve food to a FusionFest spokesperson who will be shown eating said food. Food will be consistent with what will be served at event.
  • Chef or Owner/Manager will participate and describe the foods served for the commercial and at the event.
  • FusionFest will promote the restaurant and Dining Experience on social media and provide video for the restaurant to use as well. 
  • Restaurant will display a promotional flyer for the dining event in the front window of the establishment and by the checkout area.
  • FusionFest will have a photographer on the day of the event.
