Sinister Creature Con is a horror convention unlike any other. We celebrate both the past and present. From the nostalgic to the contemporary we celebrate it all and have something for every horror artist/fan alike. Above all we strive to serve and promote the art and artists. Come be inspired, create, and scare us. We invite you to Northern California's Horror Convention, Sinister Creature Con.

About the application

Welcome to Sinister Creature Con 2024!
 This is an electronic agreement, by signing it you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
We are specifically looking for fun, kind and professional vendors that showcase their creature/monster items for our Sinister Creature Con in June :)

Terms & Conditions

All booths come with 2 exhibitor passes.
 
Additional passes are available for $20 each Limited to 2 extra (total allowed 4).  

Indoor booths 6x6 include a table and two chairs
Outdoor booths 10x10 do not include table and chairs you must bring your own.
 
There are no coverings, drapes, canopies or pipes provided.

Electricity is not provided.

We evaluate every exhibitor to verify that they are a fit for our convention and decide where they would best be placed.
 
 Exhibitor spaces are not first come first served and not all exhibitors will be given a place in this con.
 
However, you are free to apply again in the future.

Exhibitor space must be paid for in advance and is not considered reserved until payment has been made in full.
 
Once approved you will receive an email, upon receipt you will need to respond. Once return email has been received you will be charged. If we do not receive a response email within two days you will be placed on the waiting list.
 
 No refunds.                
 
 Paid tables may be applied to a future show. 
 
DO NOT USE A TABLE THAT IS NOT RESERVED FOR YOU! IF YOU ARE SEEN DOING THIS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE!  NO REFUNDS.
 
 
Service Animals: California service dog laws allow persons with disabilities to bring trained service dogs and psychiatric service dogs, but not emotional support animals, to all public places12. Service dogs are dogs that have been individually trained to work or perform tasks for a person with an impairment3. Service dogs are afforded certain rights in the State of California that cannot be denied due to local laws and regulations4. However, anyone who falsely claims their pet or another animal as a service dog will be guilty of a misdemeanor and face imprisonment or a fine or both.
 
In the event the service animal shows signs of unwarranted and unprovoked violent behavior, such as uncontrolled barking, growling at other customers/service animals, jumping on other people, or running away from the owner they will be asked to leave the premises.
 
ESA's are not subject to the service dog laws and are at the discretion of the venue. If a permitted ESA barks or shows any sign of aggression the owner will be asked to remove the animal from the premises.

Sinister Creature Con and Love Horror Events comply with all federal, state and local guidance concerning public health. By applying to be an exhibitor you are agreeing to comply as well. 

Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining and, upon request, producing all applicable licensing and certifications related to their business. 

If you are an outside Vendor you will need to be completely packed up daily.
 
 You may not leave your booth up overnight.
 
 If you do there will be a penalty.

After applying, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps in the application process.

Prices

Outside $100 Non-refundable The outside spaces are 10X10. You must provide your own tables, chairs, canopies, and drapes. Please Note: you will need to be completely packed up daily. You may not leave your booth up overnight, If you do there is no guarantee it will be there in the morning. Note: the venue has the right to charge a fee for leaving anything overnight, if the venue reaches out you will be charged additional fees so please pack up! Once approved you will receive an email, upon receipt you will need to respond. Once return email has been received you will be charged. If we do not receive a response email within two days you will be placed on the waiting list.
Indoor Booth $200 Non-refundable Single booth space is 6 X6. You must keep your display within the assigned space. There are no exceptions. You must keep your booth within these confines and not trespass into walkways or other vendor areas. Anyone found to encroach on their fellow vendors space will be asked to move and if it persists you will be asked to leave with no refunds. Canopies are not allowed indoors. There is no WI-FI provided or power outlets. Once approved you will receive an email, upon receipt you will need to respond. Once return email has been received you will be charged. If we do not receive a response email within two days, you will be placed on the waiting list.
