Retail or Non-Profit Vendor

The Johns Creek Lunar New Year Celebration is seeking vendors with products and services unique to the Eastern Asian culture.  Vendor Fee: $250 includes 10x10 tent, table, 2 chairs Set-up: Saturday, February 10, 2024 8:00am (Set-up MUST be completed by 11:00am)Tear down: Saturday, February 10, 2024, 4:00pm Vendor Parking:  Ample parking is available at the event location.  

Celebrate Lunar New Year with Taste of Asia and cultural performances on Saturday, February 10 from 12-4 p.m. at Heisman Field across from Atlanta Athletic Club on Medlock Bridge Rd. The City of Johns Creek’s Lunar New Year celebration is a family-friendly event that embraces cultural diversity in our community. Commonly known as the Spring Festival in East Asia, Lunar New Year commemorates the beginning of a new year on the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar. *No pets are allowed at this event.

Vendor Fee: $250
Your fee INCLUDES a 10x10 tent, table, 2 chairs Electricity is not provided. Please bring a generator if you need electricity. There is no wifi at the event location. Please be prepared with a hot spot or data access.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If selected, all vendors’ fees must be paid in full by January 18, 2024
Due to the high number of applications, not all applicants will be selected. 
No partial payments will be accepted. 
Any application received after January 18, 2024 will not be considered. 
Fees are non-refundable.
Retail vendors will be required to have a certificate of insurance for this event.  
 The City of Johns Creek requires a minimum $1M General Liability coverage: The City must be identified as an Additional Insured and Certificate Holder at the following address:11360 Lakefield Dr.Johns Creek, GA 30097

Small business owners (defined as a business with an annual sales volume of $10,000 or less) who do not have a policy can purchase single event coverage from these companies for a small fee:
