About the application

Want to get your brand in front of festival-goers, apply now! The North Carolina Blackberry Festival in Downtown Lenoir is an excellent opportunity for vendors. Hosted by the Downtown Lenoir Development Alliance, the festival is in its twenty-first year.
 
The 2-day festival brings in people from all over the state and is one of North Carolina's premiere street festivals.
 

About the event

The North Carolina Blackberry Festival is a celebration of blackberries, cobbler, and fun! Held in Lenoir, North Carolina, the festival offers tons of family-friendly events. There's free music, kid's activities, and a blackberry-eating contest. We have delicious blackberry cobbler for sale, while it lasts! You can find all sorts of tasty festival food and shop from hundreds of vendors. We even have a Blackberry Cobbler Parade! So, come get your fill of fun and blackberries during the North Carolina Black Berry Festival! Hosted by the Downtown Lenoir Development Alliance in partnership with Downtown Lenoir, the festival is in its twenty-first year.

Terms & Conditions

The NC Blackberry Festival reserves the right to approve or deny this application. You will be notified whether or not you have been accepted. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Cancellations:
Cancellations can be made until May 15th, 2024. If you withdraw from the festival on or before May 15th, 2024, you will receive a refund of all expenses minus the Application Fee. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after May 15th, 2024.
 
Cancellation Insurance:
Cancellation Insurance provides reimbursement for all fees minus; the Cancellation Insurance fee, and any transaction fees if the Blackberry Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather, hurricane, or other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.

Prices

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable Application fees will be charged immediately after you submit your application and are non-refundable. The Application fee and Booth fees are both refundable ONLY if Cancellation Insurance is purchased and a cancellation were to be made by Festival Staff. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant.
12'x12' Vendor Booth $125.00 Non-refundable All Vendor Booths are 12'x12'. All vendors must remain open for attendees from the start of the festival at 5pm 7/12 through the close at 9pm 7/13. All vendor tents must be safely secured with no less than 25 lbs weights at each corner in case of heavy winds or inclement weather. Booth fees will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant.
Cancellation Insurance $20.00 Non-refundable Cancellation Insurance fees will be charged upon approval. Electrical Outlet 110v 20amp $25.00 Non-refundable Outlets are limited. 110v 20amp The electrical Outlet fee will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant.
