Our Spring Fairy Fest is a celebration of all things fantastical, with attendees encouraged to dress as fairies, elves, wizards, and other mystical creatures. Wander through our enchanting marketplace filled with artisanal crafts, fairy-inspired accessories, and unique treasures.
  Food Truck Delights:
Indulge your taste buds with a feast fit for magical beings! A diverse array of food trucks will be on hand, offering delectable delights to satisfy every craving.
  Fantasy Entertainment:

From the team who brought you Maryville Fairy Fest, comes a grand Spring Fairy Festival for a whole weekend! More performances, more vendors, free games and entertainment, food trucks, and real Fairies! We will be transforming Deep Well Farm in Lenoir City into a Fairy Wonderland for Fae of all ages to enjoy! Tickets on sale soon!

NO REFUND POLICY: No refunds shall be issued in the following circumstances: misreading, cancellation of the event, illness, no-show of vendor on the day of the event, acts of God, or terrorism. Instead, we will work collaboratively to find another event within our calendar that fits their schedule and mirrors the same pricing.VENDOR EVENT INSURANCE: We highly suggest that vendors consider obtaining event insurance to mitigate potential risks.TAX LIABILITY FOR OUT-OF-STATE VENDORS: We are not liable for any taxes incurred by out-of-state vendors. Vendors are responsible for complying with applicable tax regulations in their respective states.COMMUNICATION LIABILITY: We are not liable under the no-refund policy if a vendor misses any kind of communication from us. It is the vendor's responsibility to stay informed and respond promptly to all communications.ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior oral or written agreements concerning the subject matter herein. There are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement.SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that limiting an invalid provision would make it valid and enforceable, the provision will be construed as so limited.AMENDMENT: This Agreement may be modified or amended in writing if the writing is signed by the party obligated under the amendment.GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.NOTICE: Any required or permitted notice or communication under this Agreement shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address set forth in the opening paragraph or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing.WAIVER OF CONTRACTUAL RIGHT: The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.ASSIGNMENT: Neither party may assign or transfer this Agreement without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.SIGNATORIES: This Agreement shall be signed on behalf of WWE by Lela Dukes and Ki Roberts, Owners, and on behalf of [Organizer] by [Organizer's Representative], and shall be effective as of the date first written above.
