About the event

Kai-Kai Farm presents a cornucopia of fun and education for the whole family on January 30th, 2021! Wellness vendors will range with products such as essential oils, stones, crystals, variety of healing arts and CBD’s. Practitioners of massage, Reiki and yoga, along with information and community booths about your health and wellness. Live music and performers with guest speakers on our main stage. There will also be food and products from local companies and family events like cornhole contest, Community Drum Circle, Meditation and Sound Journeys. Opportunities to win vegetable produce bag and other prize raffles, must be present to claim. Terms & Conditions

Vendor-Terms and Conditions Please review the following rules and policies to assure your safety and enjoyment during the festival! 1. Please do not pay your fee until you have received a confirmation email that your application has been accepted. 2. Event will happen rain or shine, no refunds. If the weather is severe enough that the Festival needs to close, the official word will come ONLY from Festival management. 3. Food vendors shall provide a quality food product from a sanitary and clean workspace. 4. All booths shall be staffed by clean, professional, and courteous personnel. 5. Exhibits must be open and staffed for the entire duration of the event. 6. All vendors are requested to show a certificate of liability insurance for $1,000,000 or greater and name KAI-KAI, LLC as an Additional Insured. For vendors and not-for-profits without liability insurance KAI-KAI LLC may, upon request, waive the insurance requirement on a case-by-case basis. 7. Not-for-profits shall be a tax-exempt organization that serves a basic human need, provides educational information of general interest, or offers cultural programming. 8. Please bring tents, tables, chairs, décor, tablecloths, décor, extension cords, lights, or other items you might need. Electricity is available. Generators are discouraged but may be approved upon request. Please detail your electrical requirements in the application. 9. Vendor will remove all trash in their immediate area at all times. Food vendors must dispose of kitchen waste in sealed plastic bags. The farm does not provide for disposal of cooking oil. 10. Right to Photograph/Videotape and Hold Harmless: Please be advised that video recording and photography for promotional purposes (including broadcasting, streaming, and podcasting) can be taking place during this conference. You provide your express and irrevocable consent to the recording of your photographs, likeness and voice, and you hereby knowingly, willingly and voluntarily and irrevocably grant to Kai-Kai Farm (and its successors, licensees and assignees) the right, in its sole discretion and without any further obligation or benefit to you, to include your photograph, like and voice (and to edit each and all of the same together with any material whether fictional or non-fictional) in one or more episodes of their programming and in other audio or visual programs, and in the advertising or exploitation (an unlimited number of times) of all or any portion thereof, in all now known or any hereafter devised media or manner of exploitation, in all languages, throughout the universe, in perpetuity (i.e. Forever).You conclusively waive any and all claims including and without limitation claims of infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, defamation, personal injury, loss of property, breach of statutory or other duties of care and for the neglect and intentional acts of Kai-Kai Farm members, employees, agents, representatives and contractors and is conclusively deemed your acknowledgement that you are not relying on any oral or written agreement, representations, assurances, promises or discussion regarding the subject matter hereof expect as expressly set out in this notice. Please be aware that participants, whether appearing on television or not, will not receive any monetary compensation. 11. Take note of Florida Agritourism Liability Waiver Terms-Florida law FS 570.964 12. Vendors accept responsibility for sales tax collection and remittance to the FL Dept. of Revenue; form DR-15 is recommended.
