About the application

404 Day is Atlanta's own holiday! We aim to include as much local business, art & ATL culture as possible.
The event will be held, Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 1PM-9PM. Electricity will not be provided. Please come prepared to light your booth at night with rechargeable or battery-operated lights.

If you’re an Atlanta based business or make/sell Atlanta themed products, then apply below! Priority will be given to applications that show Atlanta themed products in their photos. Applications are open to both handmade and resell (buy/sell).

There is no booth splitting. One vendor per booth.

THIS APPLICATION IS NOT FOR FOOD TRUCKS, SNO CONES, HOT FOOD, OR ANY OTHER FOOD/DRINK. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU FALL IN THIS CATEGORY. 3/28/24 Update: Permanant Jewelry is not allowed. 3/29/24 UPDATE: No CBD

Terms & Conditions

Requirements:

Must have a 10’ x 10’ canopy.
Must provide your own product, display material, and way of accepting payments.
Must have a way to light your booth that does not require electricity (battery operated or rechargeable lights).
Responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying local and state taxes.
Proper tent weights are required to set up

Load in:
Load in is day of the event. You will be able to drive up to your booth to unload as well as load out. More details will be sent out 1 week prior to the event.

Rain or Shine Event:
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, rain dates, or transfers. This is a rain or shine event.

Prohibited Items:
While not everything in your booth must be Atlanta themed, there should be a strong tie to Atlanta. No items advertising other cities will be allowed. This is all about Atlanta Pride and showing love to our city and her people.

Prices

Application fees	$25.00	Non-refundable	There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Premier Booth	SOLD OUT	Non-refundable	This is for a 10' x 10' booth. But it will be located close to the epicenter of the event. Near the music and food.
10' x 10' Booth	$125.00	Non-refundable	Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. You must set up completely with in your booth. Do not set up outside of your 10' x 10' space. All booths are outside.
10' x 20' Double booth	$250.00	Non-refundable	Double booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. You must set up completely with in your booth. Do not set up outside of your 10' x 20' space.
Corner Booth Upgrade	$75.00	Non-refundable	Adding this to your application will ensure you have a corner space.

I understand that there are absolutely no refunds, rain dates, or transfers whatsoever and that this is a Rain or Shine event.
