This is the right place to be to register as an Indiana-based LGBTQ+ Pride organization vendor for the 2024 Spencer Pride Festival! The event takes place on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 12 until 7 PM in downtown Spencer on the square of the Owen County Courthouse in downtown Spencer, Indiana.

This registration is offered at no cost in the spirit of helping to cultivate a statewide network of flourishing LGBTQ+ Pride organizations.As a fellow Pride organizer, you know the value of early registrations. We appreciate that you are here today to register for our event. While we prefer your earlier registration, we will accept registrations up until September 1st. No complimentary registrations will be offered after this date. You do NOT need to be a member of USAP or InterPride in order to take advantage of this offer. If you are not a USAP member, we do encourage you to consider joining this important organization. You must be a not-for-profit organization to take advantage of this offer. If you are a for-profit Pride organization, please use the for-profit vendor registration form. This registration includes one 10'x10' space in our outdoor vendor marketplace. It does not include accessories (table, canopy, chairs) or utilities (electricity, water). You may not sell food with this registration. You may sell non-food items. If you wish to rent a canopy, table, and chairs, you may optional choose to do so below.
Please complete the form below so that we can gather the necessary information from you to process your registration. This form will also require payment in order to submit. All registrations will be reviewed by Spencer Pride, Inc. within 15 days in order to ensure compliance with our Vendor Requirements. In the unlikely event that your registration is rejected, all registration fees will be refunded to you in full, minus processing fees.
Unless this application is initially rejected by Spencer Pride, Inc., no refunds shall be granted for any reason, including event cancellation or vendor withdrawal.
There will be a $15 fee for returned checks. If you pay by check and it is returned, payment will be required via money order for the original registration fees plus the $15 fee. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
