About the application
Application Process: You can sign up for up to 11 events, just change the quantity on the checkout page. (Nashville Events are 2 Days) - Vendors will be approved or denied after the new year and will receive follow up instructions to help you Re-register. Rules/Things to Know: - MLM's and networking marketing can apply. Only 1 MLM Company will be approved for event. MLM are companies like (Avon, Paparazzi, Mary Kay, etc.) - Food + Drink Vendors must be licensed and insured(No Exceptions) - Electrical outlets are not available (generators are welcome) - Vendors cannot share booths with other Vendors - Email support@shopblackfest.com for any inquiries SETUP Instructions: - IF YOU LEAVE EARLY YOU WILL PROHIBITED FROM VENDING AT FUTURE FESTIVALS. - Vendor + Food Truck spaces will be pre-assigned before Event. - If you are not set-up by set-up time, you will forfeit your vendor booth and not be allowed to set-up. WHAT TO BRING: - Table, Chairs, and any equipment for your setup. - Tent, tent weights, etc. - Bring water! - Electrical outlets not available. Bring a generator if electric is needed. FAQs - What if there is rain? Events are rain or shine except for inclement weather. If inclement weather occurs, event will be rescheduled to next best date available at venue location. - Can I have a refund if I miss an event? Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. - Can I leave the event before it ends?
