About the application

If you, your business, or organization wishes to participate in our Christmas Trees on Main Street this year, please fill out this form!

We will have a limited number of space available (30 trees)

Terms & Conditions

By filling out this form you are committing to provide your own tree, decorations and extension cord.

There will be available T-Post and they will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

You are responsible for maintaining your Christmas tree for the duration of the holiday season.

Trees will need to be removed from the t-post starting on Wednesday, December 27 and no later than Sunday, December 31.
