ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the category of art and craft to the show.
Approval will be based on the following criteria:
Past participation of an ArtSpark produced event.
We are looking for a wide variety of art and craft that will appeal to a wide variety of audiences.
Timing of application will be considered.
This selective process means each artisan will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from.
Please understand, we may accept two or more of the same type of art or craft. For example, tumblers, if the applications states that they offer more than just tumblers, such as home decor or jewelry, they can be accepted along with an artisan selling only tumblers.
Please state everything that you will be selling for the show.
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
Beginning January 1, 2023, there is a new Kentucky statute that states that sales tax on booth space rental. For this show, we were able to lower the price of the booth rental charge to compensate for charging this tax. This is due to the wonderful sponsors!
Please only submit close up pictures of your art for advertising purposes.
You also have the opportunity to sell your work by setting up your own online store through Eventeny. We have step by step instructions attached. Or you can access their website for instructions.
Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.
Please keep your items within your booth space.
No sales are permitted outside your space.
To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
We will allow set up on the following dates & time:
Saturday morning from 7:00 am - 9:45 am
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be move to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.
Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm!
No music allowed except approved by show management.
There is some electric available in Floral Hall. Please state this in your application.
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
