About the event

Autumn In The Park is presented by In The Park Events. There will be 60+ vendors, food trucks, live music, a kids' zone, a kids' Halloween costume contest, a dog Halloween costume contest, beauty pageant, and fireworks to end the day. Last year this event had over 7000 people attend.

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

In addition to the terms and conditions listed on this application, we have the authority and responsibility to remove any vendors that do not comply with our internal festival rules/guidelines as well as local/federal guidelines.
 
Furthermore, Accepted vendors will receive additional information about festival rules including parking, vendor set-up, load-in, and a variety of other questions.
 
All events are rain or shine events. 
Once your form is approved it will charge your card immediately. If your form is rejected or put on the waitlist you will not be charged anything. 
 
In The Park Events LLC  or any other party associated with this event is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or proper

Prices

Application fees $5 Non-refundable There is a $5 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth - Selling/Informational/Craft Vendors $70 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Face Painters SOLD OUT Non-refundable 10x10 spot to face paint
Trailer spot 16ft ( must unhook ) $100 Non-refundable

Additional information

  • Description of the items you will be selling. You cannot sell political, sexual, racial etc... items at the event. We want to make sure we put on a fun and safe family event.
  • What are your prices?
  • NC Sales Tax ID - this is your sale tax ID with NC, this is not your social security. You get this for free at https://www.ncdor.gov/taxes-forms/sales-and-use-tax/sales-and-use-tax-registration
  • By signing below I agreeing to the following terms and conditions, I recognize this is a rain or shine event meaning there is no alternate “rain date”. If the event is cancelled by COVID-19 I also understand there is no alternate date and no refund. I recognize that In The Park Events LLC or any other party associated with this event is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or property. I also understand if I cannot attend the event for whatever reason there is no refund. I agree to the rules and regulations stated in the application.
  • By signing below, I acknowledge there is no dumpster for us to use and no water, power or WiFi to hookup to. I also understand I cannot pull up and unload at my spot, I will need to cart or carry my items.
  • By signing below I understand if I cannot attend this event and let In The Park Events know 45 days or more prior to the event and my spot can be filled by In The Park Events I will get a full refund back. But if In The Park Events cannot fill the spot their is no refund. And if I cannot attend and 44 days or less prior to the event then I will not get a refund.
  • By signing below I understand I must have my NC sales tax ID certificate with me the day of the event and have it on display as this is NC state requirement for event planners to enforce this. .I also understand if I do not have this or refuse to have it on display I will be asked to leave the event with no refund.
  • By signing below I knowledge and agree that if I am accepted into this event, the card I put on file will be charged automatically.
