Welcome to The Black Hair Experience an interactive space that celebrates Black hair, beauty, and culture through selfie moments, art, and stoppable spaces. We are bringing our pop-up to Miami for a two day event on December 9th & 10th. We are looking for vendors and artists to pull up and showcase their products and art for this event.

About the application

The Black Hair Experience is a traveling exhibition celebrating Black hair, beauty, and culture through photo activations, art, and shopping experiences.
 
We are seeking vendors for our two-day pop up exhibit in Miami, FL December 9-10, 2023
 
This is an outdoor event/vending opportunity.

Refunds/Cancellations/Vendor Credit
The Black Hair Experience LLC DOES NOT offer refunds for any reason.  No refunds in the event of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which The Black Hair Experience LLC has no control.

Prices

Application fees $12 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable There is a $12 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Tent Space $400 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable 10x10 Outdoor Vending space. This fee includes : 1. One (1) 6ft Table and Two (2) Chairs 2. One (1) 10x10 Tent 3. Personalized digital vendor badge for your digital marketing 4. Inclusion in our vendor roundup that will be posted on our Instagram
Power Bank $150 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable As this is an outdoor event there is not electricity provide in your vendor space rental. You can rent a portable power station for your booth for an additional fee.
Artist Space - Art Alley $175 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Dedicated space to display and sell your art products. This is reserved for artwork only. If you have other merchandise you will need to apply for a vending space.
