WHEN CHECKING OUT - PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR THE NUMBER OF DAYS YOU ARE PARTICIPATING. FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU ARE DOING 4 DATES WITH A BOOTH, YOU SHOULD SELECT 10x10 TENT SPACE (QUANTITY 4). PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY TABLE SPACES INCLUDE TABLE AND CHAIRS. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ASSIGNED SPACES: ALL SPACES ARE NOW ASSIGNED PRIOR TO THE EVENT. SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED IN THE ORDER THAT THE APPLICATION IS RECEIVED & APPROVED. WE WILL ORGANIZE THE SPACES TO NOT BE CONFLICTING TO THE NEIGHBORS YOU HAVE (i.e. We will not place two candle vendors next to each other) THERE IS NO PREFERENCE IN SPACE, IF YOU SIGN UP LATE TO THE EVENT YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED TO THE SPACES THAT ARE REMAINING, WE HAVE TO BE FAIR TO THOSE THAT COMMIT EARLY. RAIN DATES: MAKE SURE TO BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO RAIN DATES. WEATHER IS UNPREDICTABLE AND WE CAN'T CONTROL IT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND RAIN DATES, WE TRY OUR BEST TO BE UNDERSTANDING BUT WE ALSO PLAN AHEAD TO NOT CARRY ON EVENTS IN INCLEMENT WEATHER.

RAIN DATE: Event is outdoors. Please be mindful of the rain dates listed for each event date. Postponement of original scheduled date will only occur if there is inclement weather during the time of the event.
BOOTH AVAILABILITY: This application is for ARTISTS, ARTISANS AND CRAFT MAKERS
TABLE SPACES: This space will allow a 6ft x 4ft space to be used, you are able to utilize this space in whichever way you like. This includes bringing hanging racks or clothing racks that can be set-up next to your table. Table spaces are strictly placed within the park. Table that is provided is a standard 6ft folding table.
SIDEWALK TABLE SPACES - ALL SPACES BOOKED FOR ALL DATES
DURING THIS TIME WE ARE NOW INCLUDING TABLE AND CHAIRS WITHIN YOUR PRICING, THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS. WE HAVE ALSO ADDED SIDEWALK SPACES AS WE ARE NO LONGER OPERATING ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, THERE WILL ASSIGNED SPACES FOR THIS EVENT.
This change has been made to further our organization of the event and provide a better vendor experience overall.
TENT SPACES: This event will feature the option of tent spaces which will be located across the entrance of the HUDSON YARDS SUBWAY STATION or DIRECTLY ON 33RD STREET (across the vessel) The space allowed will be for a 10ft x 10ft tent to be set-up. You are able to use this space in whichever way you'd like as long as it doesn't exceed 10ft x 10ft. This space can be shared with another vendor if needed. TENTS ARE MANDATORY AND MUST BE SUPPLIED BY THE VENDOR. Tables are not included for these spaces.
This is an application for the Artist Tier (Visual Artists, Photography, Clay Items, Ceramics, Stickers, Clay and Crotchet Items)
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ASK THAT YOU CHOOSE A TIER OF WHAT YOUR SET-UP WILL MOSTLY INCLUDE. WE WILL BE REVIEWING YOUR WEBSITE/PAGE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING YOUR APPLICATION. ALL TABLES AND TENTS WILL BE AUDITED BEFORE THE EVENT - IF YOU ARE SELLING OUTSIDE OF THE CATEGORY PICKED, EXTRA FEE WILL BE CHARGED AT THAT TIME. OTHER APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE.
Why is there different pricing tiers?
Our original mission at Colored Colors was providing opportunities for local artists of mixed media discipline. We want to provide opportunities for ALL but we lean towards a more affordable space for our artists. We still encourage small businesses to join our events as we have still priced our fees relatively lower than other event organizers throughout the state of NY. PRICING INCREASES AFTER NOVEMBER 5TH WITH A $15 LATE SUBMISSION FEE APPLIED
What else do I receive with my vendor fee?
Our pricing includes personal recap photos, flyers for promotional purposes, personalized commemorative lanyards, cross-promotion on our socials pre and post event, and customer service access leading into the event.
Vendor fee will be completed after we confirm your application. Until the vendor fee is completed your space will not be guaranteed or held. Your submission is not a confirmation for participation. If your card declines we will try again within 24 hours, if this occurs twice your application will be rejected and needed to submitted once more.
