About the event

Come experience our Grape Stomp Festival held annually the second weekend after Labor Day. The three day festival is packed with excitement including bands, over 100 food, juried art and marketplace vendors, a beer garden featuring 22 Northmen Brewing Co. beer, wine tasting, and of course Grape Stomping!! Each day grape stomping competitions and Saturday being a themed costume day.

About the application

Food trailers must setup on Wednesday 9/11/23 between 8 am - 3 pm 
 
Event Protocol
All food vendors must comply with the following event protocol:
  • must have a certificate of liability insurance.
  • must follow all applicable food safety regulations.
  • must be prepared to serve large crowds.
  • must be respectful of the environment and dispose of all waste properly.
All food vendors will be required to comply with the Minnesota Food Code, Minnesota Rules Chapter 4626. Contact Horizon Public Health (Doug Breitkreutz, Registered Sanitarian, 320-763-4437) for licensing & information if your primary sales are food service. You will need to send a copy of your current food license by the event.

Terms & Conditions

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
Once your application has been accepted your payment will be automatically charged to the card on file. No refunds will be given after application acceptance. 
 
GENERAL POLICIES
  • Festival will be held rain or shine.
  • Fees are non-refundable after acceptance.
  • Carlos Creek Winery reserves the right to refuse any vendor.
  • NO CAMPING ALLOWED ON CARLOS CREEK WINERY PROPERTY.
  • All vendors must provide their own liability insurance, tent, tables, cords, signage, change, etc.
  • All vendors must setup their own booth - our staff will not be available to assist.
  • Only food items approved by Carlos Creek during the selection process may be sold.
  • Carlos Creek Winery is not responsible for accidents or stolen items.
  • Unruly behavior (including intoxication, verbal abuse or threatening behaviors) will not be tolerated.
  • Animals/Pets are not allowed on festival grounds.
  • Anyone under 21 is not allowed on festival ground Friday & Saturday unless they are working. Ask for an under 21 wristband for employees under 21.

Prices

10x10 Food Tent $350 Non-refundable 10x10 booth space - Does not include electricity, tent, water, table, chairs etc..
Trailer/Truck Space - Max 20'x10' (if longer, must purchase additional footage below) $600 Non-refundable If your trailer, including hitch is longer than 20 ft, must purchase additional footage. Note - food trailers must setup on Wednesday 9/11/23 between 8 am - 3 pm
Additional Truck/Trailer footage $25 Non-refundable
Auxiliary vehicle w/ 1x110v electrical outlet for an Auxiliary Vehicle only. $80 Non-refundable Auxiliary vehicle parking on festival grounds. Must remain parked on festival grounds until closing at 4pm on Sunday. Fee includes parking for auxiliary vehicle and 1x110v electrical outlet for an Auxiliary Vehicle only.
220v Electrical Outlet $60 Non-refundable
110v Electrical Outlet - 1x15amp circuit (Must pay for each individual outlet needed. No powerstrip) $30 Non-refundable
Water Fill $30 Non-refundable Water will be available for filling mobile tanks ONLY for $30. If you are unable to move your water tank to a fill station plan to fill your water tank before you arrive.
