Food Vendors 2024

We limited the number of food vendor to ensure that everyone does well.

Please fill out and apply below to be considered as a vendor. If you have a special request such as wanting along a wall or a corner booth area or more display space there is a special request section on the application. All special requests for booth positions are on a first come basis and we will try to accommodate all.
 

Sunday's Weekly 2024 Season 10am to 4pm Innovation Square! A show and sale of art & craftsmanship with an emphasis on original art and hands Arts Music Performance Food and more! A open market marketplace in the heart of downtown Rochester NY, at on craftsmanship An Artists Open Market filled with unique fine artists, makers and craftsmanship of functional and decorative arts. A festive community experience that invites patrons to explore, shop and support a wide variety of artisan small businesses. An experience to be discovered and enjoyed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
You will ONLY be charged if you are ACCEPTED for your selected vending dates.
NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds for the vending as vendor fees are used for promotional materials, rent, and event costs in advance. 
WEATHER: 
This is an outdoor event and subject to weather conditions, it is your responsibility to be prepared. This is a rain-or-shine event.Food Vendors that do not operate out of a food truck, must make sure they have obtained a Temporary Food Permit from the Monroe County Health Department and follow all necessary guidelines (food permit and guidelines attached below). ONLY food truck vendors are allowed to operate an open flame at the market. If you are a food vendor that does not operate within a food truck, you cannot use any open flames to cook at your booth due to Rochester Fire Department event safety regulations.
 
 MARKET VALUES: 
An all-inclusive community for all to come together in this festive celebration of the arts. Hate is never tolerated. I hereby declare that I have read and accept all conditions of The Artist Open Market. I understand that there are no refunds for the vending fee. I consent to all photos/ videos taken at the event to be released publicly. Community Advertising Group LLC, and affiliated businesses are not responsible for any liability, lost or stolen merchandise or injury during the event.
