We are thrilled to welcome you to the 2nd Annual Cupfest at Lolo Hot Springs, Montana! Terms & Conditions

Vendor Arrival day is Thursday, September 5th. Arrival begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 11:00 PM on the 5th. We allow vendor arrival on Friday the 6th between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please follow the signs when you arrive and pull left off of the highway across the bridge and into the venue. Please pull far forward to leave room behind you for more cars. Due to the crowded nature of the festival, vendors are not allowed to arrive after 11:00 AM on Friday once gates open. Vendors that arrive late will only be let in at the owners discretion and it is not guaranteed that you will get your original spot that you had chosen. We only allow 3 day vendor passes. Single day vendors are not allowed. WE HAVE A STRICT NO DOGS POLICY

Vendor Car Pass $25.00 Non-refundable Your Space comes with one Vendor Car Pass. Any additional vehicles require their own Car Pass to be parked in the venue.
