About the application

Please note that the expo is on Friday, December 1st from 9am - noon. The Friday of ChristmasVille has become a day for those young at heart, with activities designed for the active adult community in and around the Historic Lowenstein Building.   This expo is designed with the active adult community in mind, as well as those who are caregivers for our older generation.  Various tables/booths will have representation from area organizations and businesses, while being both educational and interactive. These vendor opportunities are for awareness and distribution of information only...no products or merchandise is to be sold.  Those are designated for the vendor market which is at capacity for 2023. The expo is adjacent to additional activities taking place within the Lowenstein Building, including workshop and craft stations, historic exhibits and living history elements, a Festival of Trees, handbells, cornhole, and more!  Vendors are asked to bring marketing and educational materials to be distributed.  Interactive displays are encouraged...make it festive!  This event is sponsored by Encompass Health.

ChristmasVille offers a storybook setting filled with music, merriment, and wishes of good cheer. Bundle up friends and loved ones to enjoy the festival based on the whimsical artwork of Rock Hill’s adopted son and renowned illustrator, Vernon Grant, the artist who created Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Snap!® Crackle!® Pop!® This holiday season, Old Town Rock Hill will sparkle with the exciting, charming, and picturesque holiday village and outdoor art festival featuring more than 70 events including horse-drawn carriage rides, historic tours, strolling carolers, art, theater, dance, music, a gingerbread house contest, crafts, multiple Santa activities, and a REAL ice skating rink! There are various ticketed events, contests, and volunteer opportunities. Please pay close attention to the dates and timeframes on each of those rather than the overall dates of the festival weekend.
