Prices
Application fees | $25.00 | There is a $25 refundable application fee which is charged upon application. This application fee will be credited when application is approved. If the application is rejected, the fee will be returned. This fee assures you are represented in this Eventeny Platform. All application MUST be through this platform. Full charges will be made on September 1, 2023. Please assure that you have sufficient balance available on the card supplied. A reminder email will be sent prior to the charge date. If other arrangements are made to pay by Cash or Check at the Show (due at check-in) the application fee will be refunded at that point. | |
10x10 Inline Booth(s) | $375.00 | Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. 10 x 10 Inline Booth, draped and curtained with 8-ft skirted table. 10 foot height restriction for displayed art or merchandise. Includes chairs, power (bring extension cord and surge strip), Wi-Fi and two wristbands for the weekend. Cancellation prior to 30-day advance will be given full refund, but only after the show is held. Other refunds must be coordinated with show management. | |
10 x 10 Corner Booth (Select two (2) for an End Cap) | $475.00 | Single corner booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. 10 x 10 Corner Booth, draped and curtained with two (2) 8-ft skirted tables. Includes chairs, power (bring extension cord and surge strip), Wi-Fi and two wristbands for the weekend. 10 foot height restriction for displayed art or merchandise. Double Corner (Endcap) booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. 10 x 20 Endcap, draped and curtained with four (4) 8-ft skirted tables. Includes chairs, power (bring extension cord and surge strip), WiFi and four wristbands for the weekend. 10 foot height restriction for displayed art or merchandise. Additional Wristbands | $10.00 | Non-refundable | Each Booth Space comes with two (2) vendor wristbands that must be worn all weekend. If you reserve two (2) booths, you get four (4) wristbands, and so on. If you have additional "helpers" that need access, we must ask that you purchase additional credentials. Vendors are allowed four (4) extra wristbands. Additional needs must purchase a full ticket at the box office. |

- What do you sell?
- All applicants must pay application fee and Eventeny fees with a Credit Card. Do you wish to pay with another method? Please understand that cashflow is critical to the show and using this platform helps us organize and maintain information. We understand that fees are not always welcome, but we are keeping the booth costs the same instead of raising them to keep up with increased costs, and appreciate your understanding.
- Attached to this application is the Fayetteville Comic Con Zero-Tolerance Policy. Do you accept these terms and conditions?
- Fayetteville Comic Con reserves the right to ask for product authenticity and / or inspect items sold for signs the product is counterfeit. We do not allow the sale of bootleg merchandise. Do you certify that all merchandise sold is authentic? All liability for selling licenced products are at the risk of the seller.
- As described, a corner booth comes with 2 tables and inline booths with 1 table. Do you need your tables? (This helps us forecast how many total I need to rent)
- Load In Times are Friday from Noon until 10:00 PM on Friday and 7:00 AM until 9:30 AM on Saturday. When would you plan to be loading in? This helps organize the show floor to be accomadating to different arrivals.
- Fayetteville Comic Con is a family friendly event. We do not allow the sale of adult only material, and ask that any visble product be suitable for work. Do you agree that merchandise and art displayed is suitable for the environment described?
