About the application

Welcome to the Winter Sleigh Fest event! This event is Winter/Holiday themed. We encourage and challenge artists that apply to Sleigh(Slay) the night by preparing at least two pieces to display that fit the theme. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. This event is FREE to participate with a ticket commitment.* Further details will be discussed if you are approved. What’s Included For Our Artists/Artisans:

We accept many forms of fashion. You have the option to vend while also participating in the fashion show. You must bring your own table or rolling rack if you choose to do so. You must be able to provide 7-10 models for your show. Help can be provided, if needed for casting models. If you are approved you will have to schedule a call for a phone interview to proceed.  Here’s what the call will entail:

About the event

This 21+ arts showcase is brought to you by The Cre8tivz. View amazing artwork, enjoy live music & performances followed by a fashion show. This night will be filled with creativity at an incredible venue. It’s the perfect place to network and support local artists/artisans. Food & drinks will be for sale. Come chill with us this winter and watch our artists Sleigh(Slay) the night at this Cre8tiv experience.

Terms & Conditions

SET UP
Designer will be provided with adequate space to present their craft. Designer and models shall arrive at the call  time given in order to get changed, practice and/or set up any necessary equipment to perform at designated time of service. Designer shall remove any equipment from the Building no later than 1am on Event Date.
INSURANCE
Designer is solely responsible to obtain insurance coverage on property brought into the Building. Performer assumes full responsibility for items left in the facility. Cre8tiv Culture Network and Concourse Dance Bar accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property and are not required to carry additional insurance to cover Designer’s property.
 
INDEMNIFICATION
Designer agrees to indemnify and hold Cre8tiv Culture Network harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against Cre8tiv Culture Network that result from the acts or omissions of Performer and/or Designer’s employees, agents, or representatives. Designer shall be solely responsible for ensuring all applicable laws are followed and complied with in selling and presenting Designer’s products and services at the Event.

5-9 Min Runway Slot $0.00 Non-refundable Designers can showcase as many pieces that can fit into their time slot. Minimum 5 mins and maximum 9 mins .
