Welcome to the Winter Sleigh Fest event! This event is Winter/Holiday themed. We encourage and challenge artists that apply to Sleigh(Slay) the night by preparing at least two pieces to display that fit the theme. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. About the event

This 21+ arts showcase is brought to you by The Cre8tivz. View amazing artwork, enjoy live music & performances followed by a fashion show. This night will be filled with creativity at an incredible venue. It’s the perfect place to network and support local artists/artisans. Food & drinks will be for sale. Come chill with us this winter and watch our artists Sleigh(Slay) the night at this Cre8tiv experience.

Terms & Conditions

INSTALLATION AND TEAR DOWN Participant shall set up on the Event Date, between 2pm-5pm, unless otherwise noted. Participant shall remove all belongings from the Building no later than 1am on Event Date.
APPEARANCE Participant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Space provided in an organized and neat manner. This responsibility includes Participant’s responsibility to remove bulk trash.    QUALITY PRODUCTS Participant shall ensure the proper quality of the products sold. Participant shall comply with all applicable laws as to the Participant’s sales.   INSURANCE Participant is solely responsible to obtain insurance coverage on property brought into the Building. Participant assumes full responsibility for items left in the facility. Cre8tiv Culture Network and Concourse Dance Bar accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property and are not required to carry additional insurance to cover Participant’s property.   INDEMNIFICATION Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Cre8tiv Culture Network harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against Cre8tiv Culture Network that result from the acts or omissions of Participant and/or Participant's employees, agents, or representatives. Participant shall be solely responsible for ensuring all applicable laws are followed and complied with in selling and presenting Participant's products and services at the Event.
