By submitting this application, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.
ALL VENDORS MUST BE SHOW-READY BY 7 A.M. ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16TH! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Full payment is required to secure your space. Your supplied form of payment will be charged at the submission of your application. All applications will be subject to a 3% transaction fee and local taxes. Remember, no refunds will be given.
2. RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, FINANCE CHARGES & COLLECTIONS Electronic signatures on this application or photocopies of the original application are binding as if they were original signatures. You, the customer, hereby authorize ACLIPSE Marketing as your irrevocable agent to complete and sign all credit, charge, or debit card slips for the customer’s credit or bank card for all amounts due to ACLIPSE Marketing by renter under this application, including cleaning charges, repair charges for damage to the property or equipment, and the full replacement cost of the rented property if lost, stolen or damaged.
3. RETURN OF SPACE, EQUIPMENT, OR PROPERTY & CLEANING FEES:
Upon vacating booth spaces, vendors will ensure that such space shall be free of any trash or refuse with such being placed in its appropriate containers. No debris should be left inside your rented space. All boxes, wrapping paper, cellophane, etc. should be removed and placed in the appropriate garbage receptacle. No tables or chairs should be removed from the tent at the close of the event. If anything is removed at the close of the event, you authorize Aclipse Marketing to charge accordingly.
4. TENTING
(1) A 10 x 10 tent will be provided. No additional tents or tables will be permitted on the outside of your 10 x 10 space.
5. CLEAR BAG POLICY
When offering bags for purchased items, please remember the following:
Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag.
Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted into the stadium.
Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size will not be permitted.
6. MERCHANDISE PICTURE UPLOAD
Mercedes Benz Stadium (MBS) security protocols require all merchants to submit pictures of all products being sold ahead of time. There will be a place for uploading within the application. Any item not considered clothing needs to have not only a picture but also a description. Also, please provide the dimensions of any item that resembles a blanket, rally towel, etc.
If pictures are not uploaded at the time of submission, your application will not be processed.
7. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
Power will be provided. No generators will be permitted.
8. VENDOR SLOT FULFILLMENT
All open vending positions will be filled on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS and your form of payment will be charged 1-3 business days after your application has been submitted (review payment policy). If your form of payment is declined for any reason, your vending slot will be forfeited, and you will be placed at the end of the list pending open availability. Please be sure to notify all banking institutions ahead of time.
9. PARKING
Each vendor will be allotted one (1) parking pass. Any additional parking passes needed will need to be purchased through park mobile and Mercedes Benz Stadium Parking. Parking pass that will be distributed does not accommodate oversized vehicles. There will be no complimentary parking passes for oversized vehicles.
