About the application

This application is for those who are selling food that is cooked fresh on site at the festival. There is a separate application for those with pre-made or pre-packaged items. Vendor spots are 12'x20' with the option to purchase additional space at at additional price. Power and water is also available at an additional cost. FOOD VENDORS MUST USE COCA-COLA FOR THEIR BEVERAGE PROVIDER. You will be connected with our local distributor to place your order and your product will be delivered on site. You will need to upload a copy of your state food license/permit or submit a temporary food permit application.

About the event

The Rhythm & Ribs BBQ Festival is an annual festival featuring bbq competition, lots of live entertainment, kids activities, food and arts and crafts vendors. This free festival is family friendly and has something to offer everyone.

Terms & Conditions

Vendors have to option to also vend on Friday night during the Kick Off Party (6-10 pm).
All Vendors will need to upload at least ONE photo of their booth before completing application.
Please read all rules and regulations carefully and complete all sections of the application.
Vendor acceptance will be based on uniqueness, variety, pricing and availability.
Payment must be made for vendor application to be complete (you will not be charged until your application is approved).
