About the event

Since 1969, the Three Rivers Festival has grown to become Indiana's second largest summer festival, an annual nine-day community celebration. The Three Rivers Festival is a not-for-profit organization, funded entirely by vendor participation fees, souvenir sales, refreshments & entertainment ticket sales, and the generous sponsorship and support of area businesses.

About the application

 
Thank you for your interest in the 55th annual Three Rivers Festival held from July 12-20, 2024. Food Concession opportunities are offered on a limited basis. Junk Food Alley, one of Three Rivers Festival's most popular attractions, typically fills up prior to the conclusion of the previous year's Festival; however, you are welcome to indicate your interest in that area and/or other events available that range from 2-9 days in length. These areas include the Emporium, Children's Fest, the Bed Race, and Art in the Park. Please indicate your interest in all areas. Applicants will be chosen based on appearance, experience and category. Confirmation of application does not guarantee acceptance.

Terms & Conditions

Submission of this application in no way grants consideration, acceptance or occupancy at any Three Rivers Festival event or venue, without express written consent in the form of a fully executed Three Rivers Festival License Agreement.
 
Applicant acknowledges that the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, without regard to acceptance or rejection of application. Applicant certifies that all information submitted is true and accurate. 
 
Applicant must comply with all Indiana laws, including collecting and reporting sales tax when required. All vendors must have an Indiana Retail Merchant Certificate, if applicable, by Indiana Law and Department of Revenue.

Applicant and applicant's employees, agents, successors and officers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Three Rivers Festival Executive Board, Inc., its board members, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, damages and expenses arising from the submission of this application.
 
Applicants accepted into the event will be notified by email by March 30, 2024. A Vendor Agreement will be sent to all accepted applicants, which must be returned within 30 days. An invoice will be sent for all applicable fees, which must be paid by the dates indicated in the Vendor Agreement. Applications will not be considered after April 30, 2024.

Emporium 10x10 Booth + 5% of sales $350 Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Plus 5% of sales.
Emporium 10x20 Booth + 5% of sales $500 10' x 20' booth (double) Plus 5% of sales
Emporium 10x30' Booth + 5% of sales $650 10x30' booth plus 5% of sales.
Bed Race (20% of Sales, no booth fee) $0 Select "1" if you want to sell during the Bed Race. Fee: 20% of sales, no booth fee.
Art in the Park ($350 + 5% of Sales) $350
Children's Fest $175 $175 booth fee, no sales %.
