About the event

Since 1969, the Three Rivers Festival has grown to become Indiana's second largest summer festival, an annual nine-day community celebration. The Three Rivers Festival is a not-for-profit organization, funded entirely by vendor participation fees, souvenir sales, refreshments & entertainment ticket sales, and the generous sponsorship and support of area businesses.

About the application

Friday, July 19 5:00 pm-9:00 pm and Saturday, July 20 11:00 am-9:00 pm
Location: Freimann Square Parking Lot

International Village is a rain or shine event with an expected attendance of 2,000; be prepared with adequate staffing and supplies. 
 
Please remember submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, space is limited.
 
Booth Details
Each group will have a 10' x 10' space in the Freimann Square Parking Lot.  Registration fee covers booth space, 2 chairs and 1 tables, access to electricity, and minimal area lighting.  Groups may bring additional tables, chairs and lighting as needed.  Groups must provide their own booth display materials (table covers, backdrop, posters, etc).
 
Set up for the event will be on Friday July 19th from noon – 4pm and ready to open at 5pm. Booths must be open & attended throughout event Friday July 19 from 5pm-9pm and Saturday July 20 from 11am-9pm. Load out must be completed by 10am Sunday July 21.
Booth locations will be assigned by the Three Rivers Festival. Groups may be required to provide their own tent that is self-supporting. No parking will be provided but there is the parking garage across Clinton St for a fee.

Food Sales
All groups with food items must comply with all Allen County Board of Health rules and regulations for preparing and selling food, including permit and inspection by the Board of Health before opening. If the group/organization is a 501(c)(3) Not-for-profit organization, they may be allowed up to 15 days annually to sell food without a Temporary Food Establishment Permit. If the Group/Organization does not fall into this category, then they must get a Temporary Permit. Call the Allen County Board of Health (260/449-7561).
 

Terms & Conditions

Applicant Acknowledgement
Applicant understands and agrees to all Board of Health requirements and will apply for a permit, should one be needed.
Submission of this application in no way grants consideration, acceptance or occupancy at any Three Rivers Festival event or venue, without express written consent in the form of a fully executed Three Rivers Festival License Agreement.
Applicant certifies that all information submitted is true and correct.
Applicant and applicant's employees, agents, successors and officers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Three Rivers Festival Executive Board, Inc., its board members, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, damages and expenses arising from the submission of this application.

10' x 10' Commercial Organization selling items $80
Security Deposit- Refunded if show up- NOT-FOR-PROFIT $50 This security deposit will be charge at time of application approval. If organization shows up for event this fee will be refunded. This is only for Not-For-Profit organizations.
