Since 1969, the Three Rivers Festival has grown to become Indiana's second largest summer festival, an annual nine-day community celebration. The Three Rivers Festival is a not-for-profit organization, funded entirely by vendor participation fees, souvenir sales, refreshments & entertainment ticket sales, and the generous sponsorship and support of area businesses.

Terms & Conditions

Booth Activity 
Organizations are encouraged to offer an activity, giveaway/sample or interactive experience at their booth, in addition to any informational/educational handouts. 
Please be sure you have adequate supplies on hand (approx. 300 seniors attended in 2019). 
Remember, no selling at this event.
Booths must be open and attended from 10am-12pm.
Each booth will be provided with tables and chairs.
 
Promotional Materials/Handouts
Three Rivers Festival prohibit recruitment of any kind, including but not limited to, registrations, entry or sign-up forms and the handing out of promotional materials, unless it is:
a) Educational Materials benefiting seniors; or
b) Pre-approved by TRF.
You may upload a copy of your proposed handout below.
NOTE: The exception to this rule would be for Volunteer organizations recruiting volunteer participants.
 
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing or email and received by the TRF Office prior to May 31.  Any cancellation received after May 31 will not be eligible for refund.
