Join us for a vibrant celebration of autumn at the Fall Fun Festival (partnering with Brewlando and Creative Hands Learning Academy)! This event brings together the local community to enjoy the beauty of the season, featuring a variety of activities, family/pet contest, Nona Street Pizza, mini donuts, and a diverse array of vendors. From delicious seasonal treats to unique handcrafted goods, the festival offers something for everyone.
Vendor Application Information:
If you're interested in becoming a part of the Fall Harvest Fest, we invite you to apply as a vendor. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your products and connect with a diverse audience in a festive atmosphere. We welcome vendors from various categories, including but not limited to:- Art and Crafts
- Fashion and Accessories
- Home Decor
- Local Produce and Farmers
- Specialty Goods

Application Guidelines:
To apply as a vendor for the Fall Harvest Fest, please submit the following:
1. Completed Vendor Application Form (available on our website).
2. Description of your products and offerings.
3. High-quality images of your products or booth setup.
4. Pricing details and any special promotions for the festival.
5. Proof of necessary licenses and permits (if applicable).
6. Any additional information you'd like to share about your brand.

Application Deadline:
The vendor application deadline is October 10th, 2023. Applications received after this date may not be considered. Selection Process:
All applications will be carefully reviewed, and vendors will be selected based on the quality, uniqueness, and suitability of their products for the Fall Fun Festival. Selected vendors will be notified by email no later than October 11th, 2023.

Booth Information:
Vendors will be provided with a designated booth space, typically measuring 10x10 feet. Electricity is available. You will need to bring your own table and chairs.

Photo booths: Capture the moment with our themed photo booths that are perfect for creating cherished memories with friends and family....your Thanksgiving pictures done! :) Children's Games: Let the little ones unleash their energy with a variety of exciting games tailored just for them. From corn hole, apple bobbing to ring toss, there's something for every young adventurer. Face Painting: Transform into your favorite fall characters, animals, or mythical creatures with the help of skilled face painters. Express your creativity and wear your art proudly! (additional $ may apply) Costume Contests: Dress up in your most imaginative fall-themed costumes and participate in our lively costume contests. We have categories for families, kids, and even beloved pets! Prizes await the most creative ensembles. Delicious Food and Refreshments: Savor the flavors of fall with a delectable array of seasonal treats, comfort foods, and beverages available for purchase. And guess what? We're thrilled to announce that the renowned Nona Street Pizza + Bistro will be serving up their mouthwatering creations on-site! Arts and Crafts: Engage in hands-on artistic activities, from pumpkin painting to DIY crafts, adding a personalized touch to your festival experience. Prizes and Giveaways: Get the chance to win exciting prizes through various games, contests, and raffles held at the festival. There's something special for everyone! Fall Fun Festival Vendor Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Fall Fun Festival Vendor Terms and Conditions! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for vendors participating in our exciting Fall Festival event. By becoming a vendor at our festival, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions.

1. Vendor Participation1.1. Eligibility: To become a vendor at our Fall Festival, you must meet all eligibility criteria set forth by the festival organizers. This includes any necessary permits, licenses, and insurance.

1.2. Application: To participate, you must submit a complete vendor application, which includes details about your products or services, booth requirements, and payment information.

1.3. Acceptance: Vendor participation is subject to approval by the festival organizers. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

2. Booth Setup and Display2.1. Booth Allocation: Booth space allocation will be determined by the festival organizers. No changes to booth locations will be allowed without prior approval.

2.2. Booth Decor: Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth decorations, signage, and displays, ensuring they adhere to the festival's family-friendly atmosphere.

2.3. Electricity and Utilities: If you require electricity or other utilities, please specify your needs during the application process. 

3. Payment and Fees3.1. Vendor Fees: All vendor fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before the festival start date.

3.2. Taxes: Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes for their products or services.

4. Product and Service Offerings4.1. Quality and Safety: Vendors are responsible for offering products and services of high quality and ensuring they comply with all safety regulations.

4.2. Product Liability: Vendors shall carry adequate liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries resulting from their products or services. Brewlando and Made with Max Events is not held responsible for any damages/injuries. 

5. Festival Guidelines5.1. Hours of Operation: Vendors must adhere to the festival's operating hours and be prepared to serve attendees during these times.

5.2. Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy booth area throughout the event.

5.3. Alcohol and Smoking: The sale and consumption of alcohol or smoking within the festival premises are strictly prohibited.

6. Cancellation and Refunds6.1. Vendor Withdrawal: If a vendor needs to withdraw from the festival, they must provide written notice to the festival organizers as early as possible. Refunds will be provided according to the festival's cancellation policy.

6.2. Festival Cancellation: In the event that the festival is canceled for any reason, the festival organizers will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by vendors, and refunds will be provided according to the festival's cancellation policy.

7. IndemnificationVendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival organizers, their employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Fall Fun Festival.

8. Miscellaneous8.1. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the festival organizers. Vendors will be notified of any changes. By participating in our Fall Fun Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in your removal from the event without a refund.If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms and conditions, please contact our festival organizers for clarification before the event.
