1. Vendor Participation1.1. Eligibility: To become a vendor at our Fall Festival, you must meet all eligibility criteria set forth by the festival organizers. This includes any necessary permits, licenses, and insurance.
1.2. Application: To participate, you must submit a complete vendor application, which includes details about your products or services, booth requirements, and payment information.
1.3. Acceptance: Vendor participation is subject to approval by the festival organizers. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
2. Booth Setup and Display2.1. Booth Allocation: Booth space allocation will be determined by the festival organizers. No changes to booth locations will be allowed without prior approval.
2.2. Booth Decor: Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth decorations, signage, and displays, ensuring they adhere to the festival's family-friendly atmosphere.
2.3. Electricity and Utilities: If you require electricity or other utilities, please specify your needs during the application process.
3. Payment and Fees3.1. Vendor Fees: All vendor fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before the festival start date.
3.2. Taxes: Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales taxes for their products or services.
4. Product and Service Offerings4.1. Quality and Safety: Vendors are responsible for offering products and services of high quality and ensuring they comply with all safety regulations.
4.2. Product Liability: Vendors shall carry adequate liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries resulting from their products or services. Brewlando and Made with Max Events is not held responsible for any damages/injuries.
5. Festival Guidelines5.1. Hours of Operation: Vendors must adhere to the festival's operating hours and be prepared to serve attendees during these times.
5.2. Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy booth area throughout the event.
5.3. Alcohol and Smoking: The sale and consumption of alcohol or smoking within the festival premises are strictly prohibited.
6. Cancellation and Refunds6.1. Vendor Withdrawal: If a vendor needs to withdraw from the festival, they must provide written notice to the festival organizers as early as possible. Refunds will be provided according to the festival's cancellation policy.
6.2. Festival Cancellation: In the event that the festival is canceled for any reason, the festival organizers will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by vendors, and refunds will be provided according to the festival's cancellation policy.
7. IndemnificationVendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival organizers, their employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Fall Fun Festival.
8. Miscellaneous8.1. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the festival organizers. Vendors will be notified of any changes. By participating in our Fall Fun Festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
