About the application

Welcome to the 22nd Holiday Open House! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.Categories: Artists may apply in up to 3 categories. You must submit a separate application for each category. If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.Antique and Vintage: Items from the 1980’s and earlier. All items must be clean and in good condition. If including jewelry, it can be no more than 10% of the offered items in the display.Beauty and Wellness: This covers a range from skin care and hair care products to aromatherapy products that are geared toward promoting physical health.Candles: Handmade candles, wax melts, and other related handmade home fragrance products.Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. Rugs, wall hangings, ornaments, clothing, hats, scarves, etc.Games, Toys, and Activities: Original items made to be played with and enjoyed by children and/or adults.Garden: Handmade items designed for outdoor displays and installation.Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may have a display that is more than 10% jewelry.Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category.Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable.Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Preference is given to limited editions, signed, and numbered prints.Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed.Upcycling: Items that are made from recycled household items and/or clothing.

About the event

For the past 22 years the year round studios at the Shirt Factory have come together with crafters and makers from the area to create a handmade Holiday Market. This will be three days of open studios and guest vendors to help you find unique gifts with heart, just after Thanksgiving. Two weeks later, for those who like to think things through, there's a two day, second chance, where you will again find open studios throughout and guest vendors!

The full, printable, terms and conditions for the event, including information on set-up and take down, can be found at https://rb.gy/0ioul Provide a complete and accurate description of the items you will be offering. We have a diverse offering at the building and try to place vendors so they will not be competing with nearby vendors and/or studios. For this reason, any items not described here may not be offered for sale at the event without obtaining written permission prior to the start of the event. Items sold should be made by the vendor selling items, no resellers accepted, no MLM vendors accepted.  You may also email your product listing/description, images etc. to management@shirtfactorygf.com Final determination of space assignment is reserved by Event Management and assignments may be made or changed anytime in the best interest of the show as determined by the Event Management. Whenever possible, space assignment will be made in keeping with the desires of the vendor.

Table $25.00 Non-refundable Vendors are expected to provide their own table, chairs etc. If, for whatever reason you will not have one, with advance notice, we can rent you a table for the event.
