About the event

The exciting Johns Creek Arts Festival, will return for the ninth year to wow neighbors and visitors on October 16 and 17, 2021, Saturday from 10AM to 6PM, Sunday from 10AM to 5PM. The serene green space across from The Atlanta Athletic Club will come alive with 130 whimsical and fun artisans from around the country. The beautiful and sprawling Heisman Field overlooking Medlock Bridge Road is the perfect venue to showcase the talented artisans who will be exhibiting their paintings, pottery, metalwork, folk art, glass, jewelry, yard art and many more goodies. We are proud to receive the 2019 Sunshine Artist Top 200 award for being in the top 100 of all art shows in the country! This annual fall celebration of the arts is a shoppers’ paradise. A large food court with live entertainment beckons festival-goers to recharge before hitting the art market again or venturing into the enormous Kids Zone. For those who can't make it to the festival, a virtual version of the event will be held on concurrently.

About the application

This application is for the waitlist only. Johns Creek Arts Festival celebrates its ninth year on October 16 & 17, 2021. You are invited to apply to be a part of this much anticipated fall show held in beautiful green space across the street from the Atlanta Athletic Club on Medlock Bridge Road. Once you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until seventy-five days prior to the show. You'll also be charged a bank processing fee of approximately 3.5%. Corner booths are limited, so you will not be able to select one when they are sold out. Acceptable categories are candles, clay, culinary arts (not food vending), fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, paintings, photography, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. Culinary artists will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license. Georgia Grown members will be required to submit proof of their current membership. All work must be hand made by the artists. No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. All applications will be subject to jury approval after December 31, 2020. You will be notified of acceptance no later than July 1, 2021. Jury fees are nonrefundable. All booths are approximately 10'D x 12'W. Booth fees are $325 for a regular space and $400 for a corner location. Corner booths are limited. Georgia Grown members will receive $200 off the regular booth space. All spaces are on grass. Or, go virtual only for just $100. Please note that additional fees will be charged for online sales during the event equal to approximately 13% of the total transaction. You'll be required to submit photos with this application. If you do not wish for your photos to be used for promotional purposes of the festival, please let us know in the Special Requests section below. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Booth placards will be provided. Tents can be available for an additional fee of $200 without sides. Regular Booth (includes optional virtual event) $325 Non-refundable Booth size is approximately 10' x 12' wide. For a double or triple booth, please select 2 or 3 for quantity. Includes virtual festival.
Corner booth (includes optional virtual event) $400 Non-refundable Corner booth space in live event plus virtual festival to include individual artist page with shopping cart to be publicized beginning two days before actual festival through one day after festival (five days).
Virtual festival only $100 Non-refundable Virtual participation is included with the regular booth fee. Virtual Only fees are $100. All virtual sales will incur a 13% total transaction fee.
Electricity $75 Non-refundable Standard 20AMP circuit. You must bring your own extension cord to reach up to 100 feet.
Tent $200 10 x 10' tent without sides.
Table $10 8' table, set up
